Even though there wasn't much energy, I still think this was a really good interview. She asked good questions about specifically her music and not her personal life or the fact that tmylm is coming out the same day as younger now. Also she asked about the type of influences she's drawing from since r&b could mean multiple things. Love it!!

First Selena and now Demi, both have sited Stripped as influences to their albums. To people that say that Christina didn't leave a legacy, there's evidence right there that A SINGLE ALBUM has inspired many artists today to recreate that.
I feel in my gut that she might have some feelings for Nick Jonas but I think she is afraid of taking it there with him because first she dated his brother plus they have been friends for so long that if they date and it doesn't work out that it may make their friendship awkward. she has known Nick since they were young teens not just through fantasy or movies but they develope a really good real friendship.

I know what you mean.. I feel there is some different aura in this interview compared to other news.. I feel the interviewer hasn't done accurate research as she said Demi performed Cool For The Summer in 2014 when it came out in 2015
Were we watching the same clip? I felt like the interviewer did a great job and asked a lot of good follow up questions. Loved the comparison she made to Christina's different sounds (and shout out to that Mercy cover). Either way, can't wait for this album!

Lena Tennant the interviewer did a great job. The vibe was super chill. She seems interested in asking the questions.
If you watch the full video, the interviewer improves as she goes on. She may have been a little nervous at the beginning or a little too focused on her questions/notes. I agree at the start she seemed disinterested, but later she definitely asks good questions and the conversation flows better
