  • In today's vlog we head to the space coast to see the SpaceX Falcon Heavy launch. We took a bus to the Banana Creek viewing area, located at the Saturn V building which is part of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Although the launch was delayed a bit, it was amazing! We were viewing from the same area as the 'Feel the Heat' package holders and it was a really nice view! We hope you enjoyed this vlog as much as we did! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

This was so emotional for me to watch. Growing up in Florida, I remember those shuttle launches and can recall the sonic booms and the air whapping. I haven't heard that in a long time. Just seeing how far we've come from our first space flight to this is truly astonishing. Seriously, I was in tears after this video. Good tears. Thanks Tim and Jenn!

@@quincym-e4680 incredibly fake looking. I think the public spends so much time on movies and video games that they don't have a sense of reality anymore of how things behave in the real world. How they can believe that a rocket can land like that, blows my mind. It would flip right away. Unreal. So much of society is brain dead.

It is the fifth largest after the Saturn V, N-1, Space Shuttle (replacing the orbiter with a cargo canister would mean over 100 tonnes to LEO in payload and the 1st stage produced 7.5 million pounds of thrust), and the Energia.

I love you guys for posting this and caring about it!! We have been waiting forever for this launch and when they announced the date last week we arranged to take our kids out of school and drive down from Kentucky! We watched some of the setup while we were are KSC on Monday but we watched the launch from Cocoa Beach. I’m so happy to see your view and all the activity at that site :) We hated not being able to see the pad but we felt like we had a front row seat to that awesome double touchdown of the boosters. Just amazing. I was so overwhelmed. We’ve been traveling home all day but just stopped for the night and the first thing I did was check to see if you posted about it. Yay!! Please please please keep making content like this for us space nerds!! Keep all of us up north up to date on what’s happening out there, especially with SLS coming up. I found you guys because of my love for Disney and I love all that content but this is even better!! Thank you again for posting!!
