Honestly Jindo elevated this already good theme to one of the best JRPG battle themes of all time. The usage violin is just peak Trails music
Absolutely outstanding arrangement by Jindo, the guitars and percussion are amazing. The harmonies and violins are also impeccable, really like the two violins layered.
The original and this are the best battle theme in the series imo
Edit: Yeah Cold Steel's 4 battle theme took the spot as my favourite and this one is in second place now

Seriously, Trails series battle theme are so good, but the Crossbell Arc ones the real banger. No other JRPG series could come close in terms of battle theme, in my opinion.

Favorite battle theme after Sophisticated Fight Evo.
1:55 hands down the best part of the track with drumming increasing in speed and intensity, instantly giving you another push for beating the enemy in front of you before fading into a short yet amazing guitar solo not long after, love it. It's actually the part I'm always waiting for before beating an enemy that takes a bit longer. This track alone is definitely worth it playing the game with the Evo OST. Perhaps even the best Kiseki normal battle theme.

imo, ao no kiseki evolution has the best soundtrack out of all the kiseki games in the series. so sad we wont see an english release :(
You're right. Let's hope for at least an english release of the original Zero and Ao no Kiseki after Cold Steel is done.
that is highly unlikely since it was originally a PSP game. unless they use the chinese PC version for steam. however the chinese PC version is also licesnsed by the chinese company that translated it so xseed would have to get liscenses from both falcom and from china. just don't see that happening sadly :(
i think your the first person i've seen like the evo ost more than the original. (for any of the evo games for that matter)

@@babatundeismail6732 It is confirmed only in Japan by now. Will be released spring 2020 to PS4. Now it's only hope it will be released outside of Japan later on.

best battle theme in the series as a whole, trails of cold steel 1 has second best and trails of cold steel 2 has third best. I actually didnt like the battle themes in the trails in the sky series really even though I loved the music in them overall. It sounded like music from a damn casino!
My ranking of the battle themes so far is Ao>Zero>Sky 3rd>Cold Steel 2>Cold Steel 3>Sky FC>Cold Steel 1>Sky SC I haven't played CS4 or Hajimari yet
