I thought U both bought a place few months ago already as U mentioned earlier. Why don't U both move into it but still rental in this apartment unit and helping landlord for mortgage? If U are treating that house as investment property, whenever U sell it Revenue Canada will charge U capital gain! That's why most of the Canadians move into the place after bought but not rental out unless thier the 2nd or 3rd properties as renta. Hope U know what I am talking about.

其實North road 地點真係非常唔錯 如果你在Langley or Burnaby 找到工 都好容易去到 如果你住在 Richmond 漁人碼頭 你就會知道任何一個地方 你去都很遠
尤其在星期六 你很想離開Richmond 因為實在非常多人 來自其他城市 Costco no3 road night market 所以其他地方消費就較舒服

其實我覺得兩個地方都幾好
不過最好親身視察過先決定 Coquitlam 比較有城市嘅感覺 中式餐廳選擇比較多
去溫哥華市中心都方便啲 可以搭公共交通工具 Langley 地方比較大 人口冇咁密集 樓價平啲 小朋友活動空間比較較多 但係真係有少少遠 同埋一定要揸車

係真㗎,貴嗰間屋正常呢就攞嚟自住,賺到個錢就唔使俾稅。通常之後呢有錢就買多一間Apartment嚟收租價錢比較平有高嘅租金可以賺啲錢。
