I think the ending to Pocahontas was just perfect, because they both know that they have to say goodbye to eachother. It's almost more real than the other disney endings, the typical 'happy ever after', which I think is good. Plus the way they do the goodbye hand thingy gets me everytime :'(
While I do love Pocahontas’s ending, I’m still forever bitter at the sequel’s ending. The sequel was flat out unnecessary and completely shat on the beautiful love story between Pocahontas and John Smith and completely shattered the sad ending they had. They both wanted to be together more than anything, but unfortunately they belonged in different places for the time being. I always adored how the reason why they parted ways was because they loved each other so much. Of all the couples that deserved a happy ending, it was definitely them because of how much crap they went through together. Always hoped they’d get their happy ending just like all the other couples, but the sequel just had to be a brutal and harsh lesson in reality, that life isn’t fair and is filled with disappointments.
Pocahontas has the most beautiful, heart-breaking conclusion of any of the Disney films. Running as fast as the wind to have one last glimpse of the ship that was carrying the man she loved away from her forever. I cry every time I see it. Just like I'm crying now. Bloody ninjas cutting onions again. :'( ::sob::
Oh goodness I just got teary eyed when Ariel said I love you to her dad. The way Pocahontas ended was amazing the music the art. The lion king has always been my favorite Disney movie I cry I laugh it's just beautiful.
All are so beautiful! Little mermaid is my favorite and that chorus AHHH!!! All the reprises get to me! Hunchback, Tarzan, Beauty and the Beast, Pocahontas!!!
Even after so many years, the music in these films still stirs such an emotional response, particularly Lion King and Pocahontas. The music in newer Disney movies--Tangled, Frozen, Brave, The Princess and the Frog, to name a few--has NOTHING on the classic films, in my opinion. There's so much passion and emotion in these songs, the likes of which I have yet to see recreated.
I haven't tried Princess and the Frog. I couldn't watch more than a few minutes of Brave; it seemed really cliche and kind of boring. Tangled was ok; not bad, but not awesome. I happen to love Frozen. But Pocahontas, Hunchback- just - OMG.
The Lion King ending gets me every time. The way he walks up Pride Rock, the music and the perfect staging and ahhhh ;~; And not to mention with the Circle of Life reprise at the end ;-;
Pocahontas was always one of my favourites, came out the year i was born and always gave me chills it was just so perfectly made that I will never forget the shivers i get when i watch it through each time. :) Glad it got number one. So much emotion.
Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid are my favorites. Frozen doesn't hold a candle to Disney classics. Frozen doesn't even have an epic ending. It's a cute ending, but it's not a huge amazing finale like a lot of older Disney movies have. I like Frozen, but it just can't be compared to the Disney classics.
Same. Hunchback is so sweet and I always loved how Quasi understood he didn’t need Esmerelda’s love to be happy, he just needed to learn to love himself and especially the girl swaying the crowd to see Quasi like she and Esmerelda and Phoebus did, a man who just wanted to be accepted and loved. Pocahontas is an entirely different level. The instrumental is f*cking gorgeous and I absolutely love the entire sequence, from Powhatan seeing how much pain she’s in and letting her go if she decided to go with him, Nakoma realizing how much her best friend was in love with him and feeling guilty for why her heart is broken. But ultimately the part John lets go of her hand, he doesn’t say anything after that, not even goodbye to his comrades. All he can feel is absolute heartbreak as he’s forced to leave the love of his life. Only to feel her presence one last time in the wind as it helped get the ship going. I find the hand wave so underrated, considering its in a different part in the movie when they first met. Absolutely no way Pocahontas ended up with Rolfe after all that
it's kinda sad how Pocahontas ended and I liked the second movie but when I see how much they loved each other in this movie I keep thinking she should have ended up with Smith instead of that other guy.
Yeah but when you think about it with disney we have sing mermaids with taking crabs and fish, caves that answer by themselves, people who turn into bears, a princess with ice powers, mice that sew, magic carpet rides, and many other things I think leaving some details out wouldn't have caused any harm
@@pinkypanto2955ok?? Tell me when you discover a real life talking tree or discover how to speak a different language without studying it, all you gotta do is shake hands. Its a Disney movie honey. You do realize Phoebus and Esmerelda are NOT a couple in the original novel (Phoebus is literally a complete a**)
Nah. The second movie is such a nightmare and Rolfe was NOT a good fit for Pocahontas. Part of it is he spends a majority of their time together trying to get her to be someone she isn’t, when Smith NEVER tried changing her and was even amazed by her courage and strength to fight for what she believed in! Also, in the sequel Poca was kinda a b*tch imo, considering how many times she snapped at Rolfe for absolutely no reason
Pocahontas's Ending Was So Sad She Had To See The Man She Loved Get Taken Away From Her Forever And Instead Had To Marry Someone Else (If She Married. I haven't Seen it yet) And That Gust Of Wind I Think That Powerful Gust Of Wind Was In Every Emotional Pocahontas Scene In the Movie😄😄
The music is perfect for these endings! Oh my gosh, the music coupled with the visuals just makes each ending so dramatic! I kinda teared up on the 3, 2, and 1...
Hercules deciding to be mortal to be with Meg? Aladdin freeing Genie over his own personal desire? Jane choosing Tarzan and the jungle over civilization? The lesson about the love between a parent and a child from Nemo? What kind of ranking is this? Is it even possible to make a top 10 with so many terrific Disney movies?!?
Same! Really wish more people loved it! It’s really sad that it’s become one of the more hated Disney movies lately unfortunately. Its so beautiful despite its flaws, like it definitely ain’t the only movie that pretzel twisted the story to fit it into a Disney movie (looking at you Hercules)
Nah, Pocahontas is so much more emotional and impactful than the Little Mermaid or especially Beauty and the Beast. NGL I’m not the biggest fan of that one, mainly BECAUSE Beast becoming a human again basically defeats the entire point of him learning to be content in his new form and he doesn’t have to be a handsome prince to be loved. Plus some of the character designs are bit ridiculous, like Lumiere or Cogsworth.
I love Hunch Back of Norte Dame ending. Quasimodo finally gets accepted for who he is as a person. It teaches us a valuable lesson that what makes a person a person goes beyond how they look.
I love your list, but I would (personally) get rid of Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty and make it Beauty and the Beast as #4, make Hunchback #3, and put Tarzan #5, but again that's just me. Although, I could not agree more on your first two picks, totally what I would pick.
thank you for putting Pocahontas as your #1! i always cry at the end of Pocahontas because Pocahontas and John Smith are my favorite Disney couple ever and the end (and crappy sequel) is so tragic! Plus the music is phenomenal!!
IKR? Pocahontas and John Smith are my OTP aside Rapunzel and Flynn. You can’t tell me after watching the original movie Pocahontas still ended up choosing Rolfe over Smith, especially when he gave her his damn heart and almost died protecting her dad
The reason why Pocahontas is number 1 is because it's not the usual cliche "Happy Ending", she's saying goodbye to her lover instead of having a wedding like the other couples. Also the music makes the scene so lively and epic, it brings you to tears
Damn, 29 years old and the "I love you daddy" from "The little mermaid" still gets me everytime. Doesn't matter if I'm watching it alone or if the room's crowded. Instant tears! So much love in those 4 words
these are all movies that were amazing! back when disney wasnt afraid to push the envelope with fear and such. all these movies had some very scary moments and we learned from all of them!
That is so true. I saw that part of this video and when she said, "I love you daddy". I got teary-eyed. I must be geting old. I watched that movie a thousand times as a kid and never cried before. Probably because it reminded me of my grandfathers who have both passed. I remember when my sister's best friend got married. I waited in line to dance with her and I heard my dad's father say, "I love you darling" and then she responded, "I love you too Grandpa". Good old Disney!
The tears were starting to press when I reached The little Mermaid, and were running in rivers as I got to The Lion King. By the time I reached the ending of Pochahontas, I was sobbing loudly. Disney made my childhood magic, and still brings the magic back
yeah Pocahantas for 1! That's my favorite disney movie, and everytime I watch it this ending it never fails, I always cry and get chills up and down my spine.
I agree with the last three completely! I would say for me personally I would switch Sleeping Beauty's ending with Hunchback though. The ending soundtrack to Little Mermaid, Lion King and especially Pocahontas just give me the shivers! Beautiful scenes and beautiful musical scores to go with them!
I do agree for the number one, it really brings most of the feelings to your head.. But really I just love the way of impression Disney creates in the end of the movies, if you have enjoyed of the movie as a five year old, you'll enjoy of it even when you are twenty years older. Disney has always made me feel that dreams can come true, and even if I don't like that much of the basic princessmovies, I still love the feeling they create to you. Thank you for creating my childhood :3
I loved ALL these movies: -Hunchback of Notre Dame: I was so happy seeing Quasimodo finally be accepted by the French people. -Sleeping Beauty: I laugh every time at Aurora's color-changing dress. XD -Little Mermaid: Seeing Ariel finally become human, get her prince, and get her happy ending was so touching.
Pour la petite Sirène, Pocahontas et Le Roi lion je ne peux qu'être d'accord avec ton top :) La BO est juste sublime !!! ça fait toute la différence cette musique qui prend au coeur :)
I always cry in the ending for the hunchback of Notre dame and Pocahontas. Because she loves John soo much she let's him go that's a true sign of courage
I wish that just once I could be in one of those massive choirs singing at the end of a Disney film... the sound inside the recording studio must be astounding...
Good job, and I completely agree! And i also love the Cinderella, Beauty and the beast, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp and Tarzan (And pirates of the carebbean, but it isn't animated or a classic)
You were definitely right with Hunchback, that's for sure. Especially with Clopin hitting those last notes. And Lion King with that ending was amazing.
Endings: 5: made me smile and realize everyone can be accepted for who they are 4: made me happy at the sweet ending and it was funny how the fairies where switching the color 3: made me cry it was so sweet 2: LOVED IT! i love Simba and wish i where Nala (weird yeah?) also what happens to Kopa? (the cub in Nala's mouth) i know Kiara is Simba's daughter but what about his son? 1: Made me cry and realize you can only have one true love GREAT JOB!!
YOU ARE!!! UNDERSTANDING!!! OMG I'M VERY GRAD TO WATCH THIS VIDEO CUZ I LOOOOOOOVE POCAHONTAS END!!!!!! I'M CRAZY ABOUT IT !!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
The little mermaid makes me cry, the lion king gives me chills, and Pocahontas does both :) amazing job love all these movies!! change is #4, I would make it Tarzan :)
Pocahontas is my number 1. Nothing seem to beat that ending. I cry EVERY time watching this scene. Lionking is my number 2. I love this part in the clip but I also love it when Simba's dad died. The both scenes from the movie are so touching. Little mermaid is my number 3. When Ariel looks at her dad and then hugs him and whispers that she loves him... Holy. Makes my eyes all wet.
Pocahontas is worthy of being 1. I saw this when I was a kid. It made me cry then and still does and it is the most remembered ending for me atleast! and to this day Pocahontas is my favorite disney movie!
I think the ending to Pocahontas was just perfect, because they both know that they have to say goodbye to eachother. It's almost more real than the other disney endings, the typical 'happy ever after', which I think is good. Plus the way they do the goodbye hand thingy gets me everytime :'(
..Hhh.

she doesnt love she left him for john rolf why!!??😭😭😭😭😭
+Jubilee Tapia Pocahontas 2 should never have been made.
dtrix10kc agreed
True love...it's proof were more than just flesh and bones... T-T dang feels...
Pocahontas should be #1. What a ending. I cry just thinking about it. The 2nd movie was awful 😕
"I love you daddy" gets me every single time, currently in tears
GOD me too
Scheepers needdjfjif
AlzillaRoxxx awh I know
ik my dad loves that part
Oh goodness I just got teary eyed when Ariel said I love you to her dad. The way Pocahontas ended was amazing the music the art. The lion king has always been my favorite Disney movie I cry I laugh it's just beautiful.

Peter Parker I know 🤧🥺

UndercoverCracker 🤧 I knowwww it’s so beautiful
Me too I cry so hard 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
The Lion King ending gets me every time. The way he walks up Pride Rock, the music and the perfect staging and ahhhh ;~;
And not to mention with the Circle of Life reprise at the end ;-;
SuperWunderwaffen it is
JabuJabule
Yes Best Disney Ending
My heart hurts after seeing both Lion King and Pocahontas endings.... ah....
I love the ending of the hunchback of notre dame! the bells of notre dame is such a beautiful song
hey Disney, bring back THESE kind of cartoon movies and ditch the CGI crap!
Hey, not all CGI movies are crap...
For real. Even though Tangled was pretty good the rest are crap
AmyBlackRoseCena Hey! Big Hero 6 was amazing! Frozen was pretty good also.
Agreee. Frozen was overatted crap. Although i did like brave becuz it took a break from love and romance
Just because it's CGI does not mean it is bad!
As much as I love Pocahontas ending, I think Lion King should have been #1
Fena Ti
Yessss
Pocahontas was always one of my favourites, came out the year i was born and always gave me chills it was just so perfectly made that I will never forget the shivers i get when i watch it through each time. :) Glad it got number one. So much emotion.
sleeping beauty..my first disney movie and my favorite
hehe thanks ^^
Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid are my favorites. Frozen doesn't hold a candle to Disney classics. Frozen doesn't even have an epic ending. It's a cute ending, but it's not a huge amazing finale like a lot of older Disney movies have. I like Frozen, but it just can't be compared to the Disney classics.

If she did then it would be historically inaccurate

+luuchoo G: There are many great Disney endings - which is why this list is entirely subjective. :)
Disney is just too beautiful!
Pocahontas is my favorite Disney movie!

This is just too much magic and delight for one video! Thanks for posting ;)
4: Pocahontas
3 beauty & The beast
2: Little Mermaid
1: BEST ENDINGS OF ALL!!! LION KING! gives me goosebumps every time!
Nah, Pocahontas is so much more emotional and impactful than the Little Mermaid or especially Beauty and the Beast. YEs this is accurate! Pocahontas is totally the best ending, very emotional.
ninacloclo
Lion King Ending Is Better!!!
I love Disney ending
The music at the end of Disney movies is always so epic, getting shivers
Thank you for putting in the Hunchback! This movie is SO underrated!!! lol I love this movie!!!
#5 here is my favorite. :D
Florica Anderson
#2 is my favorite,but #5 is my number 2
Yes Pocahontas is the best!
The Pocahontas ending is the best!!!!! That music is amazing!!! It gives me the chills every time I watch the film.
I love Hunch Back of Norte Dame ending. Quasimodo finally gets accepted for who he is as a person. It teaches us a valuable lesson that what makes a person a person goes beyond how they look.
"I love you Daddy" that always makes me cry :(
same here LOL
I had forgotten how Lion King ended.
*brb tearbending*
How could you forget the one and only Simba's mighty roar?! Lol! I love that ending! It's my favorite!
My VCR tape for it broke.
Interesting choice, nicely done. I love Pocahontas! One of my favorite movies of all time, but the end is so sad :(
I am 19 and the lion king ending never fails to make me cry.
YAS POCAHONTAS WAS THE BEST !!
it's pink in the end X"D
You chose perfect number 1 ending!
I can't watch this without crying my eyes off :')
Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Damn, The Little Mermaid, Alan Menkin's Music certainly has a great effect!!... amazing video
The little mermaid and Lion king!
I love your list, but I would (personally) get rid of Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty and make it Beauty and the Beast as #4, make Hunchback #3, and put Tarzan #5, but again that's just me. Although, I could not agree more on your first two picks, totally what I would pick.
Heck yeah: Tarzan! :))

I always get chills at the last part of "the bells of notre dame" song
lion king should have been number 1
yeah
Deserae Gaines
Agree
Out of these I only like the hunchback and lion king
The reason why Pocahontas is number 1 is because it's not the usual cliche "Happy Ending", she's saying goodbye to her lover instead of having a wedding like the other couples. Also the music makes the scene so lively and epic, it brings you to tears

Me too
POCOHANTAS!!! that wind thing at the top of the mountain combined with the music and them waving....epic. i think thats why its number one.
glad you add pocahontas. she is my fav princess too!!
these are all movies that were amazing! back when disney wasnt afraid to push the envelope with fear and such. all these movies had some very scary moments and we learned from all of them!
Aww...NOTHING can choke you up like a good ol' Disney ending...cinco estrellas!!! I loved this!
That is so true. I saw that part of this video and when she said, "I love you daddy". I got teary-eyed. I must be geting old. I watched that movie a thousand times as a kid and never cried before. Honestly, this video just made me burst into tears!
The tears were starting to press when I reached The little Mermaid, and were running in rivers as I got to The Lion King. By the time I reached the ending of Pochahontas, I was sobbing loudly. Disney made my childhood magic, and still brings the magic back
I never realized how old some of these movies are, that just makes me love them that much more!!!! :)
The music at the end of Pocahontas gives me always goose bumps!
yeah Pocahantas for 1!
Chills, chills everywhere! :)
The song at the end of Pocahontas... gives chills!
Never thought I would cry over the endings, but playing them back to back I just couldn't hold it in any longer.
#3 was so touching ;w; reminds me of me and my dad
i am in total agreement with all of these!!!
The ending music to Disney movies is some of the best. My arms are covered in goosebumps.
the number1 was worthy of its spot it really tugs on the heart strings
It's a good clip to cry for LOL (in tears now)
i love how all of the best videos where made in the 90's
love pocahontas and the little mermaid, but my absolutely #1 is lilo & stitch with that cute "can stitch say goodbye?" scene...
I loved ALL these movies:
-Hunchback of Notre Dame: I was so happy seeing Quasimodo finally be accepted by the French people.
-Sleeping Beauty: I laugh every time at Aurora's color-changing dress. XD
-Little Mermaid: Seeing Ariel finally become human, get her prince, and get her happy ending was so touching.
You nailed this list.
Whenever I say goodbye to someone from a distance, I do the Pocahontas wave. It's an inside joke to myself.
I so love this video it so cute and sweet
Yay! You included Sleeping Beauty. Thank-you so much.
Pour la petite Sirène, Pocahontas et Le Roi lion je ne peux qu'être d'accord avec ton top :)
La BO est juste sublime !!! ça fait toute la différence cette musique qui prend au coeur :)
I always cry in the ending for the hunchback of Notre dame and Pocahontas. Because she loves John soo much she let's him go that's a true sign of courage
The Lion King probably has the most epic ending ever, but I love the Pocahontas Endig as well :) Nice video :)
I recognize and enjoy watching all of these Disney movie endings
Yeah!! I agree with your #1! Pocahontas is very awesome! And the end is just so beautiful.
I wish that just once I could be in one of those massive choirs singing at the end of a Disney film... the sound inside the recording studio must be astounding...
Love all these endings!! nearly making me cry here... :'(
I totally agree wtih number one! Pocahontas is my favorite cartoon of all! i love it, and it makes me cry every time! T.T
Good job, and I completely agree! And i also love the Cinderella, Beauty and the beast, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp and Tarzan (And pirates of the carebbean, but it isn't animated or a classic)
I love all of these movies! Every time I see Pocahontas I cry at the end! Good times as a kid!😂
You were definitely right with Hunchback, that's for sure. Especially with Clopin hitting those last notes. And Lion King with that ending was amazing.
This list is PERFECT
That's a brilliant video!!!!!
WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING! One of the best

I really love those happy endings:)Love Disney old movies forever!!
Pocahontas is worthy of being 1. I saw this when I was a kid. It made me cry then and still does and it is the most remembered ending for me atleast! and to this day Pocahontas is my favorite disney movie!
My favorite happy ending is the Sleeping Beauty!! I love princess Aurora and prince Philip !!! love the soundtrack too, once upon a dream :)
I get goosebumps every time I hear the ending music from Pocahontas.
