I quite enjoy the fact that the audio isnt completely clear and has a bit of noise in the background yet it sounds great! It gives your videos a special charm for sure!
It's like added white noise, I love it. I sometimes listen to airplane cabin asmr for that background noise

Me too! I think that the sound is natural because he is not to close to the mic, so we can hear some room reverb. I also like the fact that his "mouth sounds are not too loud.
The mic and it's position sounds perfect in my opinion. As I hear his voice my brain feels relaxed.
Yup. Lloyds got that perfected lo-fi old school feel to the audio, but the lavaliere mics pic up his voice so well too. Great combo.

Personally, I feel like Lloyd builds a real living world in his background. His props and setup look and feel like real places instead of just fancy green screens.

First time viewer. When Lloyd started speaking to the camera, I had a feeling like I was in the confessional as a little kid. In those days, you could barely see the priest and most times it was an intimidating experience, mixed with a peace and awe at such a holy place. Thank you Fr. Lloyd. 😉
