I wish Rebecca tackled her from off screen when she said "2700 is much better than having a book".
rofl
Would probably do down as tvs funniest moment
Sounds so fun
I've held the first editions of almost all of Tusitala aka Robert Louis Stevenson books in Samoa when we lived in his house before it was renovated. I've sat at his writing desk, ran around in his dance hall and played at his billiard table. He will always be a national treasure to Samoa and being one of very few people to have ever had the chance to live in his home that was at that time in the 90s the office home for my Great Great uncle Head of State Malietoa Tanumafili and his son my great uncle Moli
"2700 is much better than having a book"...enough said
Kaloyan Rangelov So sad.
Kaloyan Rangelov it is better to most people tbh
Kaloyan Rangelov I agree !
Kaloyan Rangelov she said in the beginning the minimum is 2500
Yup, you can have 2695 in your pocket, and 5 bucks set aside for a copy of the exact same book, just printed this year. No brainer.
her face after that ex boyfriend joke was *priceless*
He sighs a lot when he negotiates.
He sighs when it's more than he wants to pays.
That’s the first time I’ve ever seen someone take the item with them after the deal is made instead of leaving it on the counter 😧😧 I just witnessed history
That ex boyfriend comment was cringe and awkward dawggg
Considering Rebecca and Rick briefly dated.
Gameflyer001 really? Lol... how? Why would anyone? Oh right.
Gameflyer001 Unless you have proof but I think the cringey part is her exhubby is an author who wrote a whole book with her short story
It's mentioned in the "Things you didn't know about the Pawn Stars" video by Looper.
Maybe I listened to the wrong video but they didn't date each other, they went on double dates (Rick has a wife and Rebecca has a husband)
You can definitely tell Rebecca genuinely loves books
No you can’t.
She negotiated this deal like a champ.
"I love this book" - rebecca
Is there a book she didn't love?
I love it when there is a book brought to pawn star because i know there is always a chance of rebeccas exposure
Dude you sound like a virgin
The seller lady is also beautiful
Exposure?
Could you be any more creepy?
Seeing Caroline in public would be love at first sight.
I agree
Rebecca is very easy on the eye
Thomas Linski what eye
One of these days imma find me a rare book and go directly to this pawnshop just to meet Rebecca 🤣
Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde got along famously with Mr Brown
Milan Shah you beat me to that!
If I stole an old book from an elderly neighbour, I would use the lines they use - “I found it cleaning out my office”.......”I won it in an poker game”
A rare channel where a co-star makes us love books.
The good thing she got a little bit more than the minimum she said she wanted finally somebody knows how to negotiate 👍👏👏
Dark haired chick is incredibly hot
what if the skin is not white?
Way hott
Not like all these fangirls, who think Rebecca is hot
She is AVERAGE, at best.
@@chuckfan1 Rebecca's average? How hot was the last person you boned?
@@M.H.I.A.F.T. send me your email and I will show you............. plus, not saying shes not attractive...she it.. but so many of the dudes on here act like shes the hottest thing.. shes attractive, yes........ but not to the degree these guys are saying
@@chuckfan1 DM your email, I want to see
I came for Rebecca. Then I came because of Rebecca.
I came twice for her.
America’s finest 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Rebecca is such a dignified woman. She doesn’t make Rick feel bad about his lame joke on ex-boyfriends but she also holds her composure to indicate that it was inappropriate. She is a wonderful expert to this show.
It wasn't "inappropriate." Grow a fucking spine.
@Noodles Styx I don't think she made any attempt to indicate that it was an inappropriate joke at all. She initially didn't respond but when she saw that the book was Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, she responded saying "Oh, then I guess that's accurate", meaning that his joke about her EX was correct. If she really felt that it was inappropriate then she wouldn't have responded in that way. You may not have heard her response.
Anyway, I absolutely agree with the rest. Her character is what is so attractive. I would take an intelligent woman who is moderately attractive over an absolutely stunning woman any day. That's not to say that Rebecca is only moderately attractive. Just making a point.
Lmao shut you're goofy ass up boy
Jesus it was a joke!!! Where are people’s sense of humour??
sean sean he trynna give her his Noodle styx
Im literally watching book episodes to see rebecca lol
Rebecca looks nice
Fun fact: Stevenson wrote Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde while heavily on cocaine
Mandi Powell lol me toooooooooooooo
Mandi Powell tbh most people at the time were. It was in most medicines and tonics and stuff, like cold relief and coca cola
he was actually on straight up cocaine though. and he wrote the book in three days, but his wife burned it, so he wrote the version we have today in another three days. took him less than a week to write a novella that's stayed a part of pop culture for 132 years.
It shows in the writing
She was nervous about the expert coming in lol
It's always nice to see Rebecca 😊
2700 for a book... basically a cheap car for a book... seems more than fair
Irrelevant.
And spend another 2,700 on repairs.
The seller is gorgeous
Rebecca:"I'd put it at about $4000"
Rick: "I'll give you a Big Mac and $5. It really is a fair deal!"
"...And I'm taking a risk"
Rick: I have to get it framed and could sit on the shelf for years
both females 🔥👌
2:36 "Do you're willing to do 28?"
RICK SIGHS AT HER BAD USE OF GRAMMAR.
He sighed cause he had to offer her more money
"$2700.00 is better than having the book," she said. She shouldn't have the book if she feels that way about it.
2700 was a generous offer
It's weird that I only get Pawn Star recommendations with books I guess Rebecca is thinking about me
Rare book=Rebecca so, I am there.
The book is soooooo much better than any pop culture regerence I've seen. I highly recommend it.
I only picked this video because I knew Rebecca was going to be in it.
i heard that rebbeca and mr.brown got along famously
Guy comes in to sell the exact same book - Rick I'll offer you $1000
Hot girl comes in - 2700
1:23 looks like that hit close to home lmao
I’m here for Rebecca!
The AVGN needs to buy this book.
Book owner is totally striking!!!!
mr brown and i got along very famously ;)
"$2,700 is better than having a book"
Why do they act constipated when trying to score a deal?
Rebecca is my favorite Pawn Stars expert
James Rolfe comes in with a sealed NES copy of the game
the description of the item always apper the momment Rick started laughing 🤣
Well I bet she doesn't have the $2700 or the book now..
Give you 5 dollars and i think i am taking a chance with that ..
"2700 is much better than having a book" that's some words of wisdom my friends
No, it isn't, I'd rather have a first edition print of Alice in Wonderland than that money to be honest.
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Brown got along famously.
She walked out with the book
She was taking it over to get written up
I'm in love with Rebecca
Mr. Brown, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde all got along famously
Caroline is hot! Why can’t Caroline become a regular bookseller like the whiney other guy?
Having a book sounds sooo fun...
Saw a book in the thumbnail. I clicked.
let me see . . . $2700.00 for something i got free , has no sentimental value ... yeah , that's a deal
Mr.Hyde and Dr. Jekyll got along famously.
Rebecca is beautiful and...always watch this show when she is there
She did great
Again no gloves when handling an old book
Dr Jekyll, Mr Hyde and I got along famously.
I would never tell a pawn broker how much before it's valued. EVER
pleasant conversation between em
Rick in those glasses makes me want to split open like a coconut
Rick perfecting his over-acting.
I heard a story long time ago. One woman went to a store to buy a gift for her husband on his birthday. She couldn't decide what to buy then the attendant told her to buy a book for her husband. She said book! He already has a book
Oh is that a book in the thumbnail? That means Rebecca *clicks on video*
Rebecca is such a good sport. She never gets mad when Rick starts to tease her. As a side note Caroline is cute!
My lowest is probably $2,500, (Ricky offers her that)..... would you be willing to do 28?
Mr Hyde and I got along famously.
Oh Rebecca!
When coming back with a counter offer you don't pose it as a question.....
One hint to see Rebecca always:
When you see a book I thumbnail click it immediately
Because you know she is the book legend ok
$2700 is worth more than having a book ummm... no
Let's go do some paper work over there... But I am taking a huge risk
OMG I'd so love to have that!
Would be a total Steven King needful thing.
Morticia
MARRY ME WOMAN WITH DARK HAIR. MARRY ME. NOW.
Hell yeah she's beautiful. So get to the back of the cue.
Marry me man with bald head! Marry me. Now.
Why?
He must live in a country where you just demand a random woman to marry you or somethin
@T L Is that not how it works where you live? What kinda backwards hick town do you live in?
Maybe it's only worth $4000 to Dr. Jekyll...but at least triple that to Mr. Hyde!
Rebecca is a Classy Lady.
"2700 is much better than having a book" depends on a lot of factors... Who you are, where you've come from, what you value in life, how much money you make etc etc etc. I know if my mother were to drop dead tomorrow I can safely say I would never consider selling something like her Bible or perhaps another cherished trinket.
$2700 is much more important than having a book, like an original printing of the Gutenberg Bible. Who would want that...
Mr. Herpes and I got along famously.
I woulda kept the book. 📖
Considering the owner found it while cleaning her office, means it is free money. So $2700 is a good price.
"2700 is much better than having a book". that's American education for you
If the book had been Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Brown she'd get a much better deal...
KrUUx DeLuXe ...famously!
Seriously, they should rename this show, let me call a buddy of mine .
She’s beautiful
Rebecca is on the spot
Caroline is a beauty!
Bring on Rebecca
That book makes me so mad, sometimes I don't feel like myself.
Is it bad that I saw so many of these as a kid that I easily predicted where they would end up on with the price?
2700 is much better than having a book... lol
Good for the woman and for Rick A Win,Win..
Boy that Rick just has to squeeze every dime.
He can get $4k for that thing 10 minutes after she leaves the store from Rebecca.
