In all honesty when I first subbed earlier this month I mostly listened to their two stations until I realized that chillhop didn’t have mid-roll adds in their playlists. I’ve been listening almost every day for a couple weeks now because of it
When I first came to this channel, I needed a space for background homework music. 2 years later, it's so strange to find most of these tracks are as familiar to me as the songs on the radio. So much flavor, so much versatility, and now surprisingly nostalgic. Thank you Chillhop community for being the best part of 2020. honestly, same. there are some songs I'll hear now and think "hey that was in the winter 2018 mix" or "that's from so-and-so's EP". crazy how familiar these songs can become, considering they're just instrumentals with no lyrics lol
