I suggest you install a chimney to suck that smoke in your umu....as for the crabs, put them in fridge to "make them sleep" instead of stabbing. Hope that helps, and keep up the good, informative program

When you boil meat, you're supposed to add a garlic head, dry bay leafs, and an onion to boil with the meat. It takes the gamey taste away, plus it adds flavor. Same with that fish you didn't properly wash or clean 🤢🤮
