There's a Ski Resort local and they switched to a tractor mounted HLA Plow and a spreader, or when it's light they'll use a broom, then spread any salt/sand, it works great mounted on a "Industrial Tractor" it's a 580M Case 4x4 without a rear excavator and has a Cat 4 3-point in it's place.
