Can we also go into his approach of ‘logging laps’. Fact is he is sneaking behind the curtain to see the show a year early. As good as he’s doing, this isn’t supposed to be his year. This is him just warming up. THATS how I know he’s gonna be good.
Top 5 @ 80% effort is indeed astonishing.

He’s riding great! Very smooth but aggressive. I think he’s going to be a great 250 rider and win some championships. But he’ll probably be like Justin Barcia in the 450s. The Lawrence bros have a bit more advanced technique in my opinion.

The kid can ride, but he hasn’t got this great speed they all talk about or I am yet to see it at SX lvl, he is as quick as his team mates, but his team mates are not as quick as the Lawrence brothers, at 16 Jett was quicker and also had his 1st SX podium at 16, Haiden is 20 plus seconds behind in each SX race so far from Hunters wins, if Hunter goes to 450s like Jett which is a chance, then Deegan will start winning.
