A really fun romantic comedy with Douglas Fairbanks Sr. Bebe Daniels, Edward Everett Horton, Jack Mulhall and Helen Jerome Eddy! The Pre-Code Facebook group brought me here! Thank you for posting the 72 minute version of it!!
I didn't like this movie. Something about the guy chasing the woman for no reason. I did like Bing showing up for no reason and working his magic, but overall it's just a meandering mess.
Thank God The short hair in the twenties in women didn’t catch on! They acted like females but there was a hint of overbearing arrogance that overpowered the males!
Not sure what you mean about the short hair not "catching on", if compared to hair styles before WWl, short hair has never been out of fashion, depending on the woman some wear it, others not. Most of the hairstyles of the 1930's were relatively short. Most of the film stars of the 1950's ( Marilyn Monroe for example) had shorter hair.
