This is the best series on barstool. I could listen to Kevin talk to literally every employee of barstool all day.

I love this interview... I got fired from a family business that I was told was holding me back. 4 years later and the amount I pay in tax to the govt a year is more than my salary was working for the family business. Getting fired moves you forward!

Haha!!! I was the total opposite when it comes to basketball and baseball. Are used to count the people in front of me, praying to God that I will get a chance to bet at the end of the game! And in basketball, I always wanted the last shot. My senior year, I ended up going seven out of eight to tie or win the game in basketball… Super cool, some people love that “fighter flight“ feeling… Other people are praying like he said “please don’t give me the ball“. Preparation and confidence IMO is the key to success in those type of situations. As a kid I would always countdown the clock in my head, take that last shot to see if we would “win or lose the game“, and that’s what I would imagine when I was a little kid… I was born in the early 80s, so I couldn’t stay inside playing video games… Not to mention the fact that my parents would never have allowed that. Kids used to be outside all day in the summer, all night as well… And then during The school year, just had to come inside when the street lights came on. LOL. The good old days. But my parents never used to worry about me getting kidnapped or anything like that… It’s a different world today, granted these kids have GPS on their phones and what not. If we ever got kidnapped back in the 80s, see you later. And it actually did happen to some kids throughout the country, that’s when the whole “stranger crap began“. It was the beginning of kids being brought closer to cars with ice cream, candy, or other stuff… How much things have changed! Like ring doorbell‘s, security cameras on the house and what not. Sadly, kids cannot just leave their house and go “play“ with their friends without their parents knowing exactly where they are! We used to do everything our parents told us not to when we were eight, nine, 10. Very similar to the movie “stand by me“. We used to always walk the train tracks, it was so fun… It makes me sad though thanking about the limitations these kids have, and makes me feel awful for the kids who are overweight today because they really can’t go far for safety reasons. Sucks…
