The skull you found in the bushes is a raccoon. A cat skull is alot more flat in the face. I have a raccoon skull and that is what thay skull was. I think that raccoon died naturally in that grass.
Could you put up some trail cams to possibly catch the people? Another thing that could be done is if a bunch of RUclipsrs could get a group together and clean up areas. They say to lead by example, and so many kids look up to their favorite RUclipsrs. Even if it would be once every other month. It's just an idea.
Going to do set up trail cams & see if other creators want to come ! The county comes every couple months to clean up everything but unfortunately people almost immediately start dumping after

But that kid dropped his/her teddy bear . -The third theory was that recently, a kid holding a teddy bear was strolling this area and the kid dropped his/her teddy bear without knowing.
Those people are really cruel I wish we could’ve helped them but we can’t too late to rescue those little guys maybe next time we’ll get it we’ll get risky those and try helping them because this is really sad people just forget these are breathing animals rest in peace animals😢😭🕊️
