Go watch any match from 84 to 88 with the Rock and Roll Express and the pop they got. They were so over it was ridiculous & Ricky Morton was one of the most ahead of the times technical wrestlers of his day
Not even mad at the list. Honestly the top three can be shuffled easily. I would have put midnight at number four though but either way wrestling is always subjective of course. One of my favorite tag teams was the Hollywood blondes, but their run was very Short. I enjoyed watching the Steiners and legion of Doom as a kid in WWF. I think the main reason(s) one tag member succeeds and one doesn’t: Management/booking/whoever see one of the two tag members as charismatic, great in ring, great on mic. They think that one member is getting wasted as a tag. So they split the tag and push that one member and the other member nothing was planned for so they fizzle out
