Hey Yall! For those of you quoting scripture on how we have to be perfect. Read between the lines and begin reading for what the word is not saying. Jesus is the only perfect one who had no sin but became all of ours. God sees us for who he created us to be in his perfect image but that doesn’t mean that we don’t sin and fall short of his glory… daily. (Which is why we repent daily) If we were perfect we wouldn’t need God. God created us to be dependent on him. Much love❤️

Dear Ms. Shantia not everyone that reads the bible understand the bible but this is why in order for us to be reborn the flesh but die for the spirit to live... God is not looking for perfection he judges the heart... In God eyes we are perfect cause he created us but to the world we have issues and that's why tho we are in the world we are not of the world the world judge Jesus told us not to judge and cause the world judge in the eyes of the world Jesus was homeless hippie that was a convict... But to God he was the perfect spotless lamb to save the world... This world is spiritually dead but those of the spirit that is in the spirit struggle to understand it till you see how simple words can be misunderstood.. I hope this helps so you understand it's not always a lack of knowledge but lack of spiritual connection... This word today was definitely for me overall because, I always think I have to be perfect at everything I do I don’t know why I would just beat myself up trying to be perfect I guess for my mom cause she’s always hard on me we really don’t get along always an argument with her I just don’t get it why can’t our relationship be like others being a daughter and mother type of bond and I always give in whenever she says mean things I don’t know why she just does so much to me I just feel like I’m stupid for always playing on her side even when she manipulate me. Why do you think our relationship is like this??? Or why am I always playing the good guy when hurt?? If you can respond please I would appreciate it❤

Every time God speaks to me through you. It’s always the exact thing I need to hear ❤ I’m in the middle of a transition period. I’ve been a graphic designer for 6 years 3 different jobs and I realized this isn’t what I’m called for. He told me to look on a different direction. It’s so hard right now but I trust God will bring me through it. He’s growing my faith every day. I am at peace in this storm ❤ I have always struggled with perfection “do my all or nothing” but I know now that my best is all I can do as long as I’m moving and when I can’t move, God will be there to carry me.

My best friend gifted me a book in december called Progress not perfection because God has called me into art and it has been a daunting task, given that I have never had any type of professional classes and I'm 26 years old. Starting classes as a complete beginner has been such a struggle and more than once I've felt overwhelmed because of perfectionism. Thank you for letting God speak through you! God bless you!

Daughter you have described my experience of the last 4 years. I am 61 years old and did not see this coming. I have lost everything I had worked for because my husband had trusted a very deceptive organization. He had trusted them over my wise counsel and many others. I am the only one who is bringing income in and am so so tired right now. My contract is ending and all I want to do is sleep right now. I feel so much trauma and fear and can’t shake it off even through daily devotions. Don’t know who to trust and what steps to take. I have asked for grace, freedom and help.
