Jim Rogers is an American investor and financial commentator based in Singapore with decades of experience in the field.
He is the chairman of Beeland Interests and co-founded both the Quantum Fund and Soros Fund Management. Rogers also created the Rogers International Commodities Index (RICI), which tracks 38 commodity futures contracts from 13 international exchanges.
In this Business Talk interview, Rogers discusses how the Russia/Ukraine conflict has had a major impact on the global economy. He speculates that the situation could ultimately necessitate even harsher measures than those taken in the past to combat ballooning inflation rates.
