Been watching your videos from a far for a little while. I see you like the Candy floss flavour Scott, have you tried some of the fruity numbers from Sloemotion gin? I'm a big fan of the one they did with Sorted Food a few years back, Strawberry, and vanilla with black pepper. Not sure if you take suggests, wondering if it's similar to that sort of sweet notes, and might go with your white strawberries, the problem with the supermarket ones is the grown to big the wild white ones are amazing.
