Ghost Girl is only seen on high hazard levels. If the level has a bookshelf or the interior facility looks like a mansion then she may be present in the level. She is only visible to one player at a time and will teleport to the player then vanish if they get too close, after doing this a few times stalking you, she will start to skip towards the player and kill you instantly.

That thing at the end was pretty spooky. Hearing it in that dark abandoned setting, with that acoustic sound. I can't imagine how much more real and intimidating it probably felt playing it, and hearing it in the headphones.
Although I originally heard the sound, I didn't realize it was feminine and saying that until Squirrel pointed it out and I went back.
Where everything else was funny-scary, that soft “Hey you” was just terrifying. Especially when no one else could hear it. 👀
