Southwest customer service is just about the worst in the business. Delayed my flight till there was no possible way to make my connecting flight and then when I asked for a hotel voucher their agent threatens to cancel my ticket without a refund. How can you treat your customers like this? I'm sleeping in the Denver Airport because you delayed my flight by 2 hours
