Leon is one of the strongest characters in the game, giving him an advantage is his speed and how he's a strategic character, using only Wing Shooters and the Shotgun, setting you off with about 4 land mines, he's overall probably the best mercenaries character along side with Jake (Default) Leon (Any other costume) Sherry (Any other Costume) and Ada (Default (Her layout is revolved around her crossbow, you have to be good with headshots) )
I had years without playing this game, I played it when it came out on ps3, recently I got it again now on steam, I went to play mercenaries and did not understand why I got such bad results, I remembered that in ps3, I always got over 300k/500k points and here now I could not even reach 100k, watching your video, I remembered that the main system to get good score is to dominate the damn counter, I had forgotten, so I'll have to start practicing again, awesome vid man.

Leon is most likely the best character to use in pretty much every single mode, including Jake as well (I don't like Jake but he's usable) and this map is really easy, it's a counter fest and that's what I like, you beat my original score but I'm surprised I surpassed yours on this stage alone (I saw this vid about a month ago) really though good job! Nice tips for firemen, I kept loosing my combo cause it wasnt killing them, I didn't know you can shoot'em quick and then boom, great vid bud!
Oh, I didn't realise about placing the bomb to kill the shrieker and those two dynamite zombies. Thanks for pointing it out, that'll help me. :) I don't tend to slide into the strelat because he moves quick here and there, and not sure if that could help me that much.
I think the easiest character to use is Sherry costume. I've gotten high scores with Sherry on solo, this is the only map where Leon's (default) has given me the highest score.
Very nice. I've been trying like forever to get +1.3 mil with Leon on this stage. But something screws me up every time. I've got to play as fast as you .... somehow you can shoot the fireman leapers four times in mid-air before the melee ...... I can manage only three shots in
A high score is a relative term, and more for you. It's my very first run with Leon holding the boss here, so I think I could get 1350k with him. However, I can beat my 1358k with Carla and Chris, so I gave up for high scores with them and decided to try with Leon. :)
I depends on what kind of counter you perform as the character. Leon's stronger counters are usually with the shotgun except for a few attack when you use a handgun. I don't find Ada partially strong with her counters (same with Carla) except when she uses a both-hand weapon. Sherry has similar moves to Leon, thus probably the reason I can do really good with both of them.

Mrjavi94, I personally play this game myself but don’t understand why you keep popping up the in game menu and using player commands is that just a strategy or something else.
Chris is to slow of a character, Helena/Piers's counter are the same, they are strong but not the strongest, Chris's special is most likely the counters, he's defiantly not the strongest character though, The strongest are mostly Leon, Sherry, and Ada for some reason, Chris was like fourth I think, it said it in a gaming magazine I was reading recently

Just buy Power Counter. It increases counter damage by 25%. It can one hit kill ordinary zombies but not J'avos.
