You really need to check out the Myriad Celestia trailers for Star Rail and more HI3 cutscenes! The trailers especially are designed to give hints into the lore of Star Rail and all of them are incredible so far

I think all of the Stellaron Hunters really have such unique trailers, it fits their vibe and personality really well.

Kafka's trailer is arguably my favorite due to the extreme violin practice and having an insane reference to one of these old plays a long time ago, her character may not be the best, yet she is such an insanely skilled individual and can easily step on you quite nicely, after all the crazy "crimes" she has committed, yet still to walk around, even being able to get caught only a few times, she is a legend.

Three of the characters belong to the Stellarton Hunters group: Blade, Silver Wolf and Kafka. Kafka won my heart the first time she appeared in the game, and she's really the first character you meet in the game.
Everyone seems to be loving Kafka and I see why! 💯

For Myriad Celestia theres actually 4 trailers, "Fables About the Stars", History of the Xianzhou: Seven Arbiter Generals", "The Jepalla Rebellion" and "History of the Xianzhou: Exodus of the Five Dragons".

Luocha’s trailer music was so beautiful. I know everyone loves Kafka’s trailer but Luocha’s always holds a special place for me.

Luocha also holds a special place in my heart because he was my first 50/50 win after Jing Yuan. I lost the 50/50 before getting Jing Yuan and lost the next one after Luocha for Blades banner.. then won again with Kafka..... I also got Luocha and Kafka's light cones as the only two light cones pulled from that banner, the only other light cone I have from warps is Gepards from standard banner (obv I mean 5 star light cones....)

I think it might be more about how while it's good to learn the basics and the rules, you need to be able to discard them or you'll be constrained, as evidenced by him straight up cheating at chess to beat Yanqing. xD

Its a reference to a very famous wuxia novel by the name of yi tian tu long ji (Heavenly Sword and Dragon Slaying Sabre) by jin yong. im pretty sure you can find a scene in live action in the 2003 adaption.
The main character was taught Tai Chi Fist by a master 5 minutes before a duel and was repeatedly asked, how much do you remember? at first it was 90% then 50% then finally the main character said i have forgotten everything did his master let him go up and open up a can of whop ass.

Just so you know the voice actor for Jing Yuan (the General) also is the voice actor for Cyno in Genshin Impact.
Well crap, no wonder I got Jing Yuan so easily when he wasn't even my target (I was pulling for Tingyun). Almost the exact same thing happened to me with Cyno, except I was actually gunning for Cyno (I just didn't expect to get him as soon as I did... or at all really).

Fun fact: the flowers in Blade's trailer are real flowers! They're called Red Spider Lilies and they're used as funeral flowers and symbolic of the after life, death, final farewells and even rebirth
They also have a lot of other names, for the record. Higanbana (flower of the other shore), abandoned child flower, Manjusha (Flower of Heaven) or the flower of farewell. The plant is only found naturally in Asia, but it's found all throughout Asia, so it has its own legends in Korea, Japan, China, etc

Another recommendation to watch would be the animated shorts. Though not sure how you feel about lore drops? Titles are: Animated Short: A Flash and Animated Short: Ichor of Two Dragons. And maybe the recent one titled Myriad Celestia Trailer - "History of the Xianzhou: Exodus of the Five Dragons".

Those solid minutes of your reaction to Blade's trailer are just perfect. You were so completely petrified by awesomeness, it was fantastic to watch!
Just so you know, Blade (1st one), Silver Wolf (gamer girl) and Kafka (i dont have to specify) are just straight up villains, antagonists and direct enemies of the main cast. Some of them have a tragic backstory, some of them don't. But personally I think its really cool that we can play as just straight up murderers and wanted criminals
(also, yes Seele mentioned Wildfire, its a resistance group on a certain planet, the song is called after the organization)

The really fun thing about the Silver Wolf trailer is the character is heavily based on the Haxxor Bunny character in Honkai Impact 3rd… and that’s the character (and game) she was playing at the beginning of her trailer.
I had promised myself I was going to skip the Kafka banner because I was saving up everything for Jingliu (another upcoming character), but after that Kafka trailer I pulled. No regrets.

the thing about dan heng/imbibitor lunae's trailer is that we've been following his story because there's another version of him we get at the start of the game and his role in the xianzhou storyline is big. and the trailer itself is also highly connected to the xianzhou storyline, so it might get confusing if you don't have context. he's also fairly closely tied to blade, and you can see phantoms of him attacking and killing blade. his banner is going to drop in a few days and i hope to get him because i'm very invested in his story and i'm weak against dragon men.
They really went all out with the HSR character trailers. I really hope you get to play it someday. Also if you want to learn more about the lore of the game I recommend the Myriad Celestia trailers. Also they will be dropping a new animated short about Dan Heng tomorrow if you want to check it out!

These are in my opinion the best trailers, especially those of the Stellaron Hunters(semi bad guys) Blade, Silver Wolf and Kafka(aka Mommy) they hit u SO hard and just have so many details hidden inside themselves.
For example, Kafka's trialer has alot of references to greek myth hidden in her trailer since she can mind control people and her main purpose is to make predictions come true.
I love how his accent becomes bolder the more excited he is
When you learn something so professionally that you forgot steps or actions needed to do it. You just need to trust your 6 senses, body, reflexes, unconsciousness. Only when you forgotten it, will you be ready.
I have been highly anticipating you to react to these trailers! Loved your reactions Luke! Kafka is definitely my favorite of the more recent characters, but that is a given cause of her character being the waifu. It is also funny because even the VAs & devs know that we all consider her "Mommy" they even joked about it on their livestream. 😂 But love the music and the vibe for the trailer. Silverwolf also had a lot of references to Honkai Impact 3rd in it. I am super biased for those two since I have them fully stacked and built. But all these character trailers are amazing and the way that Hoyo does the music it just fits to the characters so well that you can get a sense of how the character is without even knowing about them or their backstory.

the villains and enemies are the literal gods and the playable characters themselves
There is a Star Rail concert that's 30 minutes long and you would love it. They played some of the OSTs ib these videos, combat music, city BGM and other stuff. I highly recommend it, you would love it
There is also other stuff like version trailers, Myriad Celestia trailers and other promo material for the game like Interstellar Journey and Space comedy if you are interested.

Honkai star rail is the first hoyoverse game where i felt they actually put care and love into the game and its story. Also Seele in game pronounced as Sea-lah.

And the other Girl was Bronya btw, Both were in Honkai Impact 3rd too, but as teens
Speculations are that even more Characters will cross over, and Raiden Mei is somewhat Confirmed

Day 106 of recommending the Beyblade openings.
There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!

LOL I get why you'd focus on the big booba lady in Dan Heng's trailer but, as she is a weekly boss, she doesn't actually steal the spotlight because she is so....commonplace? I guess? People definitely lost their minds when she came out of course, but now its like whatever, if that makes sense. What is *more* interesting is why she is in the trailer in the first place. Whats the significance?
I saved since day one for mommy Kafka because I knew she would be playable and pulled her and her light cone once her banner dropped. No regrets on passing on the other characters for Kafka, even as a f2p player I would have gladly paid to get her if I failed with my horded special tickets.
The reason Jing Yuan says..."when you've forgotten all that, then you'll be ready" Its something along the lines of: "I've forgotten more about the art of war than you have ever learned." OR it can be something along the lines of: "I've been doing it so long, I don't even remember, its ingrained in my bones."

I like that Kafka's trailer is now the standard of the best star rail trailer. Every new upcoming trailer will be compared to it. Feels good to be a Kafka main.
"Wildfire" in the OST is named after an in-game organization, but I won't say what the link between the OST, where it appears in the game, or the significance it has is. You keep saying that maybe you'll play the game and it's definitely best to experience that whole thing without knowing ahead of time.
