My best friend's mini Australian Shephard aims for the worst parts of the face. Her tiny tounge slips right past your lips and into your mouth. If you cover your mouth, she's inside your nostril. If you turn your head, she checks how deep your ear canal is. You turn back to get her tounge out of your ear? She'll lick your eye. It's a relentless cycle lol
If everyone in the world was as sweet and happy as you two, it'd really be a wonderful place to live.. REAL 💕 love and understanding. That sweetheart has more sense than a LOTTTTTT of people who live here. I just love her.

I appreciate you for recognising your limitations in regard to meeting the need of a pet. A *LOT* of people's desire to have their own needs met by having a pet tends to win. And that equals a lot of dogs who aren't cared for properly or being put in shelters when reality kicks in. I salute you.

MY DOG DOES THIS!! Then afterwords she gives me a single kiss on the cheek 😭 it's so precious. I've never seen another dog do this before. I act the same way with my dog, I talk to her, and include her in many things. She is sooo smart, and the more I treat her like that, the more she picks up, and the faster she learns. She is 10 yrs. old and still so fast at learning the most random things. Animals are capable of so much more than most people realize. Treat them that way and they'll show you how smart & clever they really are! ❤️
I lover her sense of humor. My dogs always had that, It comes with intelligence and being treated as such, and with love and permission to be your mischievous, funny self. Some of my dogs made up the most hilarious games all by themselves to play with me. Full of bluffing and sneaking and all in bonkers fun! Never had a golden but labs (very much the same mentality) and other working breeds mainly. But have cared for all sorts of dogs on a regular basis. Nala is such a great example of a happy companion dog. It's all about this beautiful relationship and the enrichment she's given. Lovely❤

I never trained my dog to do this, but whenever I give him a smooch, he licks my cheek. A smooch for a smooch leaves the whole world happy.
