    They gon' say you victim blamimg because OBVIOUSLY there's only 1 sole individual at fault here, and none of the dozens and even hundreds of participants in this lavish, party lifestyle wanted anything at all to do with any of it. It was totally against everyone elses will. 😶

      ARP failed to recognize the black mail element of the allegations. He acted as though the elongated relationship was hard to sympathize with due to the period of time that it allegedly took place. But if the alleged victim was being black mailed with video footage or reputation damage within the industry etc, then it makes sense that they would continue to partake against their will if they felt the damage or danger would be severe (and as far as danger, he’s already been accused of blowing up a car or planning to blow up a car). Now that he’s locked, the danger less imminent and the charges more likely to come out as a result. This is a side of the argument that ARP failed to recognize.

    Accountability is the word that is seeming to escape everyone who does not understand this take. We are all accountable for our actions. Just because someone took advantage of you, does not mean that you do not correct the behavior that got you taken advantage of. If you walk down a dark alley and get robbed, hopefully someone tells you not to walk down dark alleys anymore. If you do it again, and get robbed again. Are you not to shoulder some of the responsibility now? God gave you 5 senses, use them! That's what we were taught

    Hey ARP, sadly in NY the only way to get an order of protection against someone is through an arrest. Under some circumstances you can get one at Family Court, but it would have to be limited to relatives. I’m a Legal Assistant. Great video though, truly appreciate your insight on this. You spoke nothing but facts. It’s unfortunate that you had to continue to clarify yourself, cuz I got it the first time and wholeheartedly agree. Plus, I LOVE your rants. Much love 🫶🏾💁🏾‍♀️

    As an adult, You don't have to deal with an individual that makes you feel uncomfortable. Not understanding how a person claiming victim. When you clearly could go do something else.. You staying around this man knowing you trying to experience something. Mostly something of value

    • @Eyephere
      @Eyephere Месяц назад

      @@kbcain5480 that was basically ARP point throughout the video but he failed to recognize the black mail aspect of the case(s). They’re alleging he had video footage and / or just the power within the industry to damage peoples’ careers. He was also allegedly dangerous (blowing up or planning to blow up Kid Cudi’s car). He was also accused by more than one person of tracking them and tapping their lines. It’s not like some normal situation you or most people could easily walk away from if the fear of revenge is that large and plausible given the alleged history

    I hate when ppl use the set it off movie example because she didn’t have to do that but they pushed it like it’s normal, her brother could’ve gotten a job, theirs other help as well. I agree with most your perspective on this topic but that example is very bad plus he didn’t approach her. The term is called quid pro quo when a person in power does that.

  • @NemisisRecords
    @NemisisRecords Месяц назад +1

    I agree with ARP in cases that involve everyday normal people. We have to stop acting like Diddy is just some regular dude you can get away from.(Which in some cases, you can't even get away from normal mfs.) We're talking about a billionaire with probably hundreds or more people on his payroll to do whatever he says whenever to whoever. If we're to believe Diddy blew up Kid Cudi's car, we're not gonna believe it was HIM who physically did it. If you're being pressured by someone with the world at their fingertips, to the point you're being contacted by third parties, it's no longer as easy as "stop going".

    • @TeeWayne2018
      @TeeWayne2018 Месяц назад +2

      Exactly. They act like ADULTS can’t be scared, uncomfortable and downright out of control of their lives. There’s no way that you can just “stop” talking to someone like Diddy. He’s clearly a narcissist and manipulative. Already he’s been accused of intimidating witnesses. Why wouldn’t these people be afraid of him. People are being willfully dense because it’s easy to act like resources can’t make a man “untouchable”.

    Sometimes the only way to learn a lesson is through an experience. I can tell you 1000 times don't touch the stove because it's hot. Now you touch it and burn your hand and I gotta take you the dr, spend time and money etc... Now I scold you as my child even though I've told you 1000 times. What do we really do as a whole with these situations?
