Since there was heavy iron deposited in both the heating metal plate, initially I tried to clean through sand paper but couldn't remove the total iron deposited in the heating plate. Then I had applied Pidilite Company Roff- Cera clean solution and rubbed it over the plate and all the iron got removed. Finally again I cleaned slightly with sand paper and put back the heating plates in order and switched on the connection. But there was no improvement in the steam and was as it is like before. Could suggest me the remedy please.

Sir which sandpaper and with how many grits is required to clean the plates? If the crimp on connector or wire terminal breaks then can we just wrap the wire to the screw? Will it work or it's a bad idea? Asking because more tools are required to fix the wire with the connector, which are usually not at everyone's home.

aapke wires kahi joint ho gaye honge yaa fir dono metal strip ek dusre ke sath lagti hogi jo thodi dur rehni chahiye. ho sake to dono metal patti par ya power plug ke do pin par continuity check kariye jo nahi honi chahiye.
I have purchased three water steamer like this. Whenevr i plug in, it makes a gurgling sound within one second and burnt smell comes out. I thought might be due to brand. Then i purchased other brands, still the same. All are spoiled. Pls suggest me

Tester se check kiya, paani mein current dikha raha hai ... To iska matlab ki current supply theek hai naa, fir bhi paani hi garam nahi ho raha, naa hi steam vapor aa rahi hai

Ye Alternat current (AC) pe chalta he to isme +ve -ve nahi hota. Koi bhi wire koi bhi plate pe laga shakte ho.

Isme to koi resistor laga nahi he. Isme do patti ek dusre se touch nahi ho aise rakhi jati he aur use electric supply diya jata he.

sound must be of boiling water. pour water up to max level

There should be loose contact of wires. Pl check wires joint.
After 30 secs of steaming coming out water is filling up the lid and water is coming out instead of steam.
