Turns out, it's almost the worst element. Combos are not epic at all, time is very slow, meaning you can't hit your enemies if they are ok brain, not braindeads you fight commonly

Plus, spamming can be used in any element, that's what player chooses how to play.
But Time is too slow of an element. Running also doesn't help. TG doesn't makes it's work that good, Tempo Beam makes it's work very bad.
