Why this isn't in the manufacturer's instruction manual is beyond me. So simple yet so hard to see, and never would've figured out that they needed to go two different directions. Thank you!

OMG! Thanks! It took me one second! This video is invaluable especially for people like me who struggled to do it for weeks on my own before thinking of searching RUclips. I had two drawers with something behind them. I didn't have to take them completely off the tracks, just pulled the drawer further forward so I could retrieve the items. What a relief! I was trying much harder ways to remedy this and nothing was working.

Years later and your video is still helping people.😊 For a year I have been trying to get clothes from behind the drawer with tongs😩😡. I always say I'm going to go to the furniture store but never do. So I search you tube for everything so I thought why not ask it on you tube and found your video 1st. Had to watch it twice to fully understand it but Glory to God it worked. Thank you so so much ❤️ God Bless You😇

Both kittens. I had called the manufacturer and got nowhere. But that was just for a bra that fell from the first draw. Then I got kittens 🤦. They noticed the draw, but never went in. They did today and I was ready to smash the whole draw with a hammer. I had already removed the screws when I thought "google it". Your video was short, simple and to the point. Thank you for saving my dresser and kittens.

Wow! My store provided written instructions to remove all 6 sidescrews, lift the drawer up and push in the "tab", which wasn't there. I said there has to be a better way, and after running around the house to pickup my screwdrivers, I got lucky and caught this Video. Awesome!!!

This totally worked for me. My problem was a pullout shelf. No one else explained that with the draw slides the left must go down the right up! The slides were difficult to see further complicating the issue. But this video was so on point. Thank you.

I did have a thumbs down because even if she said left up and right down, he continue working on the SAME side OF THE DRAWER. and even shows pushing the lever down and made a drawing like there’s another lever right there IN THE SAME SIDE OF THE DRAWER. They should’ve shown that it was ON THE OTHER AIDE OF THE DRAWER.

I dropped a package of batteries behind a drawer with side glides and tried for 45 minutes to get them out. I used a long screwdriver and other tools to reach them, but no avail. And even if I managed to move those batteries to the front of the area underneath the drawer, I still couldn't get them out because the space was too small. And then I watched your tutorial. So easy. Thank you! 🙏🏻

So I needed to remove the bottom drawer of my dresser to remove a pair of socks that had fallen behind the drawer preventing the drawer from closing. I understand the general concept of these drawers but tried for over 30 min to figure out how to remove it, knowing somewhere there had to be a latch on either side. After watching this vid I realized that the drawer, although appearing to be fully extended, actually was not. A slightly sharp pull, the and drawer extended another inch, the tabs extended and I had the drawer out in 30 seconds. (Turns out there were three pair of socks behind the drawer.) One point I would clarify for those like me that need information to be painfully obvious, there is one latch on the left side of the drawer ONE on the right side (opposite side of drawer) and these two separate latches need to be activated in unison and the drawer will come right out. Thanks for the vid.
