Super Hot Scotch Bonnet and Bell Pepper Sauce - Grow these peppers at home

For 1.5 litres of hot sauce
Ingredients:
300g Scotch Bonnet
600g Bell Peppers
1 Red Onion
6 cloves garlic
1 Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves
5 Cardamoms
1 Mace
2 cups Water
2.5 cups White Vinegar
1.5 tbsp Salt
1 Cup Sugar (You may reduce the quantity if you wish)
