All the flavour are already locked inside the meat from the 24 hour marinade already, dipping them in water again won’t lose flavour but it will give it extra crisp on the second time it hits the flour

In america the bleach chicken so they immerse the chicken to make sure its bleach free
I thought the same thing but who knows maybe it causes some wet thick flour points which makes for those really crispy ridges in the end product. I was like what the heck but the end product looked amazing so I would try the same method and see what happens. This made me so hungry for chicken. I liked how he seasoned the flour as well. Flour, potatoe starch and hot pepper powder sounds simple yet banging

@@savini8234 they would getter a better a better flavour and more succulent chicken if they soaked overnight it in buttermilk then rolled in the spice mix it takes the flavour better too but thats not cost effective for KFC and thier rivals

You can use a hand wire basket to put the chicken that are all ready in the flour mix to the water.
From the water shake the water manty times and return the chicken to the flour and mix it again then use the basket again and shake the excess of flour and direct to the hat oil.
