Cool release, thumb up
"resembling a measuring tape" nah bro that is 100% an actual measuring tape attached to that robot.
10:47 That's not how you fit a pop rivet.
Very nice
Plant trees. Ot absorbs carbon dioxide and extra benefit gives off oxygen and moisture which causes rain and can be chopped down in the future to build homes and furniture or pulp for paper.
The floating or house on stilts type things that are shown are definitely interesting looking but I can’t really see them being used as houses. They look more like they would be more useful as things like watchtowers for Harbor control or something. Don’t get me wrong living on something like that would probably be a lot of fun. Unfortunately though it would also probably be a lot of work because well you wouldn’t exactly be able to get furniture very easily. Also, I think referring to them as “completely self-sufficient” is a bit of a stretch.
After all, I can’t think of a town or city or anything that would even agree to have a structure like these installed. Not only that, but the homeowner would have to do a lot of regular maintenance. Now, if you are to say install it on a lake or some kind of freshwater body , I could see it is probably being useful. But if you were to install it on like say the West Coast of the United States or off the coast of a place like. I can’t really see it being viable because saltwater is extremely corrosive. Even structures that are meant to survive in saltwater for extended periods of time still need regular maintenance.
Also, the butterfly effect one that you mentioned a nice idea especially the water recycling thing, but the overall design looks really weird. It almost looks like something out of that movie oblivion.
$7300 for a night in a plane house? NO.
As usual needs a quick overview of what's in it so doesn't waste our time.
I’m from the future
most carbon scrubbers are more efficient at capturing investor wealth than carbon.
