Why Valir's at A tier? Compare to the rest along side him at A tier, most of there skills are buffs to amplify their abilities /themselves. He should at least S tier and it's just my opinion, but I think Selena should at least SS or between.

So for me Hel is like a semi tank cuz of her skills especially her ult just add angela on her and she's a beast
