I did some research, it's called the alchemical tome and it costs 76,365,824 EMC to create and fill a Klein star omega(which you need two of, that are filled) which means it costs 152,731,648 EMC to create two filled Klien star omega. Then you need two of High, Medium and low covalence dust which are really cheap to make and lastly a book. It's really cheap considering one octuple compressed cobblestone is 43,046,721 EMC and considering how many octuple compressed cobblestone SSundee has it really is a piece of cake to make the alchemical tome.

Every time SSundee opens the spawn egg chest I always look to see what kinds of powerful mobs he has. Nobody gonna talk about stable nuggets where he can put iron nugget, division sigil, and diamond nugget. Combine 9 stable nuggets to make a stable ingot... stable means it won’t explode.
