Past life memories are very interesting. As a child, around 7 or 8, there was a song I would sing to myself late at night usually, whenever I would experience a specific emotional discomfort. I stopped singing it, and forgot about it for years until I was around 19, and I had that same funny feeling or memory of the feeling come up. I looked up the song and what came up was a children’s show from the late 1960’s that hadn’t been syndicated on network television since (it was canceled after I think a season or two, from what Wikipedia told me). No way I could have seen it.
In addition, the song itself happened to just be the title of the show, and more of a chant of the show’s title/main character’s name. The show, from what I’ve seen of RUclips clips uploaded, has no theme song, just an instrumental. 😂 So, my suspicion is that it’s a song I’d sing to myself in that life to calm my discomforts.
Something similar happened recently with the more popular show “Gomer Pyle”-same funny, uncomfortable feeling came up and the name of the show came to mind. These are some of the more mysterious, less “identifiable” past life memories I have-memories where I don’t remember the self I used to be or their circumstances, just some of the emotional memories and details attached to them from that life. Others are much more detailed and vivid and intact. I even remember the name of a wife I had (and obviously adored) !

Post edit: another way it’s shown up for me is in writing and the spelling of certain words. In elementary school I’d constantly spell words like, “favorite” or “favor” with a u, “favourite” or “favor” for a instance out of nowhere. As a young American child 😂 it’s still a really strong default.
Recently, I forget what word, but I’d spelled it in some way that kept coming up as wrong in Google docs until I looked it up and it was an early English spelling of the word😂. So many things we likely do everyday out of instinct or habit formed and rooted in past lives.
Wow! This is Amazing! Yes, those are the British spellings, and that includes British colonies in Canada, Africa, and Beyond!
Take note of that "funny, uncomfortable feeling" whenever it comes up. It's your soul's way of saying, "This is important."
re: the feeling, absolutely! I don’t think I’m quite ready yet for it to “open” for me, but I’ve learned that feelings like those hold a lot of information. They’re like a nudging. Like a door or intuitive footpath into what further insight it’s likely hinting at, I feel.
What’s the earliest (in our awareness of recorded history, I suppose) past life you can remember? Mine is of Rome! As a general, then, I believe. No memory of the name, as you said, but I remember the regalia, and a ring I wore with an eagle engraved in it on my left hand, in a red stone and gold band.
There are so many details I remember about that self! I think it was a life I was most proud of, and I feel myself even now trying to model this current one after it, in many ways lol. It was I think my most *powerful* life. It’s also my strongest past life memory. I’ve been aware of that life since I was really little actually, and it’s just as much a present influence of how I think and regard the world.
I even see it’s influence reflected in the placements of my natal chart with so much Martian/Leonine emphasis all around.
I was a very proud and successful man (in this life, a woman). 😂 Sorry for ranting, just so much to say!
@@brand_warwick It's such a blessing to recall a past life that strengthens you! I'm so glad that you feel this connection to Rome. In terms of the earliest past life we could remember, I feel we could remember any time period, dating back to the beginning of time.

@@anishgoyal4950 This is a great question! It is my sense that it varies from soul-to-soul. The number of lifetimes is not the most relevant factor, but rather the extent of experience that has been accumulated. So for one soul it could be 12 lifetimes, and for another 12,000.
I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THAT LESSON! Why we don't remember our past lives. Personally I think it would be too much to bear. I have enough on my plate I don't want to remember my former acts of crimes, faults, and failures. I'd go insane.
What if remembering your prior incarnations helped you to realize talents that you hadn't yet discovered in this life, or put you in touch with an untapped strength? 🙃 I just present this as an idea, because I see that you are being so hard on yourself, and I know you must have had some great incarnations too!!
If you lived through both world wars and then reincarnated, you came back to earth much faster than most souls. From what I've read most people wait at least 100 years before reincarnating. You must have been anxious to return. 🥰
