While I'm not a fan of keytars I'm glad you chose it. Beat It has been death metaled to death already so it was nice to get a new take on it.
Alesis is a largely unrecognized gem, glad you're having fun with the Vortex. I picked up an Alesis + Piano about 20 years ago and it's still my main keyboard.
