    Please create a firmware update where the front driver is activated when watching tv and playing non Dolby Atmos music. It would make a huge difference.

    before sound good after new app sound not clean only viber sound .what i can do

    Feels like there is almost no sound from the back with these era 300s when volume is just a bit low or mid volume as sorround..

    Only 1 speaker is working....what's up with that. I have the ERA 300 PAIR

    Fix the app! I just bought the Era 300 and I can't even set it up and use my new speaker! Can't setup the Era 300 manually either.

      I had the same problem I unistall and reinstall the app and that work for me, I tried to do the trueplay again and didn't work I tried afew hours later and it work and now sounds amazing the main problem is the app

      @@juanlicona924 i have a Beam 2, 2 SL, a mini Sub and the ers 300 now. Not one of those products could be installed without any issues in the app. Sonos fix your trash app!

      Same here, just got my Era 300 but struggling to set it up... Been 2 days in a raw trying but still can t use it...

      @@thomaspoulain6102 reinstall app and replug the era 300. I just needed like 1 hour to set it up😅
