That man's Kia chosed to die with it's owner, Ghost in the Machine. The father made sure no one can drive his car especially his sons and the stepdad and mom. Gangster
Agreed. I have a feeling the sons (considering how desperate they were to Will) was trying to basically steal his dads car. Just look how down bad he was trying to get his Dad’s stinger. Shit wouldn’t work for a reason
100% when I was a kid and my dad passed the car he built he always said it was to go to my brother or myself his side of the family sold the car to pay for funeral costs 3 weeks after being picked up it was written off in a single car accident I’ve always had a weird sense that he influenced the crash somehow
I lost my mom exactly a year ago. Never once had I treated any of her coworkers friends or business team like shit when I couldn’t get her tax papers on time. “Oh well illl wait till next year for them. No rush.” Grieving doesn’t give you a right to be a full on jackass. Smh hope your eye gets better and you me team get well from the virus.
Exactly. An old friend snapped at me over my dog that I got from him. His excuse was "I almost lost my brother" which wasn't actually his brother. I did loose my brother before that incident and never treated anybody differently. Loss or paint doesn't excuse you being an ass.
Two things to take away from this story: 1. One impatient, non-understanding customer won't put you out of business, and 2. Be careful with your stress levels and blood pressure Will!! My grandmother used to have that same issue with the blood vessel bursting in her eye. It's not something to play around with! Keep up the good work though, and continued success to you and the guys at @conceptiii 👍
This video made me want to apply to work for concept 3. 😂 A lot of people don’t see behind the scenes of the automotive industry like mechanics / owners do. You guys have a lot of love and respect for the community keep up the good work.
Love the doctor analogy and that’s what I tell people about cars. It’s very similar on how they operate. You have a patient that needs help and the main mechanic is the doctor, then there are the nurses trying to find out what is going on with the patient. Instead of medicine that humans need, they need parts.
Will. You never wasted any of our time. Some people are just so selfish, rude and along list of aussie words that could probably get me kicked off youtube. Never give up and always remember the win and the people who you shared it with. You are a bloody legend in my book and thank you for your time for everyone to see and experience "tip of the day"
Hey man, I've been in IT for 27 years. The one thing I had to learn was setting my boundaries. If I'm working on a server that has crashed I have got to have my mind focused with zero distractions. I don't let them control the situation, I don't let them hanging around bother me, I flat out will ignore people. Stone cold will pretend like they do not exist even if they are tapping my shoulder. It has calmed me way down. I don't take the stress home with me. I just set my priorities and boundaries and they can either deal with it or go somewhere else. My advice to you is do the same as me. Stay focused on what you are needing to get done and ignore all distractions. You'll live longer. All that said, I've no clue where you are located but I wish you the best. If it were me, I wouldn't even have bothered to give those sons and step dad the time of day with this video response. They don't deserve your attention. Keep on doing what you enjoy and know that you are doing things the best you can. Nobody is perfect and we all learn something new everyday.
The fact that this man took at least an hour out of his incredible busy schedule to personally address his community about the impact of this 1 customer and his family reflects more than any tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Audio, luthiers, light duty mechanics etc.. This man is essentially a father to all of us aspiring techs (no matter the field)mechanics and specialist to set the standard that gets lost in the minutia of the job. Thank you for sharing all of this with us.
As a service advisor for a dealership, I get these experiences constantly. Hate us in the industry all you want but at the end of the day you came to us for help. We did not force you to come. We are human as well so tread people how you want to be treated. Society has become such a microwave society where everything must be completed within the length of a Tiktok. All I see out of your content Will is to one day hope you guys work on my personal vehicle. Ignore the haters and whiny princesses that get a hard on when they give a 1 star review because that's the only way they can feel power.
New subscriber here. This story absolutely broke my heart. Not just for the old man who passed, but for you and your wife. Those sons are just absolutely entitled brats who just have their heads so far up you know where that oxygen cannot do it's job. I did service writting for just under a year and thankfully I never had to deal with anyone that bad, but you did not deserve the treatment that you got. It's also insane how little the general public do not know about how cars work. Keep doing what your doing, at the very least your training and teaching a new generation and they appreciate it, I appreciate it. And when time allows, keep making content.
I always have so much compassion with Will. He seems like such a good and helpfull guy. It's a shame these kind of people walk around trying to arrange stuff they don't know about and I feel sorry for Will in these situations.
I had a boss who was the same way about running his business. He wears every hat. It got so busy and stressful that he promoted me and gave me a raise just to take the load of dealing with troublesome clients. If they asked to speak to the owner, for all intents and purposes, I was the owner. His blood pressure reflected his appreciation.
I can wait untill this amazing channel blows up enough so this great man doesnt have to answer to the P.O.S people out there and just pick and choose the work that makes this crew happy
Will you have a super kind heart and soul. This doesn’t paint a bad picture of your shop, you do stuff right and inspire me to work on my car everyday. Karma will do its job. And keep on truckin bro. You’re a hardworking man and it shows. You don’t deserve any of that stress.
Hey, mobile sop owner here. I recommend you require a letter of power of attorney from whoever would be handling the gentleman's estate. The children are not owners of the car until the estate is divided up and you dont want to be in the middle
Will, this was a really tough situation to be put in and you did great in my opinion. I do not own a shop but have been in customer service based jobs almost my whole adult life and can safely say I've been in similar frustrating situations. Sounds to me like the sons don't care at all about the car and just want it back to settle estate, but that's just me. Anyways, thanks for sharing your side and your fans have your back.
God I would move to California just to be front desk, you did great in this scenario Will. People could go get bad work done from more expensive dealerships if they want, you are working and running a buissness it's hard and you only can do your best. Keep your head up and keep living your life.
Been working on vehicles for years and this is the first video I see of this channel. You are a superstar bro and I love your ethics. Keep up the good work my friend!
From a young man who is just getting started in this world, I have to see that I appreciate all your work. The videos put out by your team and by you are amazing they keep me striving to become a more well rounded individual. Thank you!
Just found your channel the other day. I’ve been running a small shop for four years, and I’ve been in the industry for over a decade now… not that I need to tell you but unreasonable customers cannot be reasonable.. keep your head up and keep grinding. Your care and integrity will out weigh any review 💪🏻😎
I wish that i had a shop like this here in central MN that is like you. The fact that you work so hard to take care of everyone and the way you came out with this is exactly what most people need to know and that you tell it straight
As a fellow mechanic. Help is SO HARD to find but I really pray at some point u get more help/less work for a short period just so u don't STRESS. Stress is the worst for ur body. I understand so much because I get stressed and it ruins my whole day and a bad customer can make it 10x worse. Respec for being so transparent
Customer service is a fickle thing.. Sorry Will that you had to deal with this. Hope you and the team are feeling better, keep doing what you're doing!
Damn, got a bit teary eyed. I miss the days of when I turned wrenches at shops and actually to talk to the customers about their cars. The cars were the extension of their personality and it showed when speaking with them. RIP OLD man Alfred. He sounds like he was a great guy in ways some couldn't imagined.
I would move to Cali just to work for you. I wish every shop was this transparent and down-to-earth. Never change your values and your shop will always do well. 👊🏼👊🏼
Will keep kicking ass. I would love to see the time they try to come back. I know you will be busy making people's dreams come alive. All that matters is that and if people have a problem with it, just deal with it people. Wish you and your crew all the best and healthy recovery.
People like you are rare, i know you will continue to do what you do and will always have support! Love watching the content as we all learn while being entertained!
prime example of the way people have been raised over the years older group with respect, today's younger groups everything is about me! R.I.P the older gentleman and now the nice car.
How badly I want to take over your front end of your shop just to help with the workload man! Y’all are like Pixar but for cars! Tryna to make dream com true and be super involved with the entire process I love this work environment! It’s amazing what y’all do truly!❤️❤️
Respect to you and your shop. Coming out and speaking on a bad situation where it shows all flaws in yourself and the customer. It’s not easy to show we are only human. 🤙
Youre the reason I want to own a shop you are a prime and best example of what it takes to be a reputable shop both good and bad. Im here for your support!
Thanks for raising my blood pressure. The struggle is real trying to explain things to customers that have no respect for how things work. Mad props for video review.
Some people are just to inside their high and mighty heads to understand how things operate. I feel for you man I may not be a mechanic by trade put me and my dad have done a lot of work on cars since almost every car we've ever owned have been a used one and it's always been easier for us to do it but we know when it's time to let an expert deal with it and when we do let an expert we respect that expert and let them deal with it we might have a timeline that we want it but we know that we can't always be on our timeline if I was ever in California I would trust you with my car knowing full well that it may take a month 2 months maybe a year but I will get it back from you and you will tell me exactly when it's working don't let this one interaction ruin everyone take care of yourself your videos are awesome it's always fun to see you in the shop this was not a waste of anyone's time thank you for sharing
Damn, I wished I lived closer to this shop. They would have my business in a heartbeat! And I'm mechanically savvy, but sometimes I don't have the strength or energy to work on my projects. Kudos to this shop for being as transparent as they are. I enjoy every video y'all put out. Keep up the amazing work and content. You have a fan for life here. ❤️
Will you did a excellent job explaining what had happened, you didn't waste any of my time while watching this video. Your a awesome mechanic and you do the best you can. For the family that constantly harassed you for the car should of noticed that your extremely busy. Just keep up the great work and don't let them ruin your day.
IDK how anyone could ever leave a bad review on your shop.. I've seen you train the new guy..You're brilliant and teaching what you know to others just makes your shop even better.. You guys are amazing.. 10/10 all across the board IMO..
You can still leave a bad review if your complaint is real/experienced it first hand because naturally customer's feedback drives you to do/strive better, but if you just do it just because of petty things then that's the only time people should leave Yelp and Facebook for the reviews.
You’re a good person you really need a helping hand. You need a manager that knows vehicles to help you answer questions. So you can concentrate on vehicles and running the shop. You are only 1 person and with that said it takes a team to win 🏆
Will you’re doing a bomb ass job. You’re doing it right and as professional as you can. I wish I lived close to you guys. I’d bring both the cars to you guys. A legit honest shop who is all about business. I need a shop like that. One I can trust.
I have customers that will call three times in a row and then text, and THEN just show up to my shop. “ oh you didn’t answer the phone” while I’m in the engine bay of another car, they see me working and are just soooo surprised that I couldn’t answer the phone safely. Dude. I feel your pain
I appreciate the video. I worked as an apprentice for a period of time and there are clients you’ll never please. Keep the quality clean and continue to work hard. Much love to you the family and the shop. Keep up the good work. 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
Will I know what you go through each day I've been there done that. Wil you are an awesome guy and I wish we had more of you in this world. You don't shortcut anything or anyone, your honest and totally legit. You are all for doing what's right. If I was never you you would be my only shop for all my cars. You have a great team keep it up and let the haters hate. F them I say
As much as I'd hate to say it, running a business is a delicate balance. Unfortunately sometimes you need to fire a customer, even if indirectly. It's okay to tell a customer hey, I don't advise taking this car but *as long as the bill is paid* here's a disclaimer and release, sign this, if it blows up, it's not on us. Do what you will. It isn't your job to teach a customer how a car works, nevermind a highly modified, boosted application. If they bring it to you that means they trust you to work on it, regardless of the mechanical aspects. If that trust disappears (or the person) then all you can do is your best (it sounds like you did) and after a certain point, you can tell them look, here's the bill, pay the bill and you can have the keys after signing this disclaimer and be done with it.
👏 Props to you man! I am a manager, who works in customer service also. Not a mechanic, but still, I feel your pain with every dang customer wanting to speak to you. I have so many wanting to speak to me over minor things, taking me away from my tasks. Also, as a owner of a Genesis coupe and a Elantra N, those jerks with that KIA Stinger don't represent the KDM car community . Keep up the good , hard work!
this is why i value one of the mechanics near me, helped me out when it was an expensive fix, and let me pay in full when i was able. good mechanics are hard to find. keep it up Will. You're doin fine man.
I had a very similar incident in my shop. Made a video on it, funny thing too is the guy who left a 1 star on my shop, was never even a customer. He purchased a perfectly good low mileage vehicle from me. A private car sale away from my shop, and because he messed around with the vehicle and I didn’t want to fix it for free, he made up a google review and I never responded. All my customers love my shop and work. Sookwah one stop shop winter haven fl 😁
These are one of the reasons why I went into IT instead of being a mechanic. By the sound of it, you need a full time front man who is mechanically knowledgeable and another master tech to pick up the load. That should help in these situations and streamline the shop a little. Keep up your head king, you are still winning compared to other people.
At every automotive shop there WILL always be the one customer/member that will be a difficult experience. Best thing is to let them go and don't take it personally, been there before and it degrades a person down more that some may think. Certain people just don't get it and in the end the world will handle them accordingly. Keep up the great work you do!
Reading the yelp review was actually saddening. Im sorry you had to deal with a client like this, especially when you told them everything as clear as glass to the best of your ability. Let em go and let karma have fun, sad to see a Stinger go down like this though
Being honest in itself is stressful. Alot of people these days are too use to bullshiet so communication always go wrong. With addition to emotions. Thank you for sharing this to the best of your ability.
Hey Will believe it or not your video is great therapy for you and a lot of service guys. I'm in NY and I have a shop that I use, dudes name is Joe V. You and him sound exactly the same. Both of you guys are extremely talented and trained. I do service in HVAC, I own a business and same things, you have favorite customers and everyone gets treated the same but there are some folks that are a pain in the ass and though their rare it bites hard. Keep doing what you do. You guys are awesome.
Much respect brotha customers that are like that are the hardest ones to deal with and I understand completely. Keep doing your thing I enjoy the videos you and the guys put out
Stuff can get out of hand very very fast!!!! Sorry to hear! These new cars can be very difficult sometimes when it comes to diagnosis! Sometimes it’s easier to just take in the easier work instead of the others that turn into a head ache. Hope it all gets resolved and stuff starts flowing smoothly and stress eases up
You did the right thing man - you're a shop owner and doing your job. Customers need to understand and stand back. Either take the car and go or leave it and pay for the repair. Bad customers are bad customers, regardless of grieving. If they don't understand car lingo, not your problem. Just read the review as well - they don't post anything that has any and all concrete evidence. The story painted is twisted. So I see why you have to post a video. Fair and decent response. Fair and understanding.
I had a customer come in and say we gave him a flat tire when he came in for a front windshield lol..........the tire had a sharp wood screw in it. I said sir, we do auto glass here not construction. I said ill have my shop neighbor plug it for you and ill pay, which I did. Then he went on to give us a 1 star for not giving him a new tire. He also tried to contest the credit card charges which he lost. what a scumbag.
Bro!!! This is exactly why I don't work on other ppls cars anymore similar story but with a kid that wouldn't understand that his "new" aftermarket radio he tried to install "himself " is why his VW wouldn't start easy fix but brought me so many problems
I feel you on the stress brother . Its harder than most people understand to run your own business……….. that being said you need to limit your bookings so your not so stressed . You and your customers will be happier . Trust me , I swear i have been there (where your at.)
its either them or your team and honestly you’re there for a reason and a good one its for work and work is only all just business, im glad that being almost head of your shop that you’re un phased to speak out you have every right to your shop and how its run
dude if i. could give you a million likes on this video i would. those people dont deserve the time of day i applaud you for not even reading the review. you dont need those kind of customers anyway, keep being you man you're awesome
i get that sometimes you can get impatient, how ever NEVER put your expectations on others ESPECIALLY with someones job, you are the Customer not the hardworking guys in the back. love your videos man. informative & funny ! and keep up the posi vibes
Will Keep pushing forward no matter the squalls. If people want to hate, Let then hate. Keep up the good hard work no matter what! If I live in the same location that Your shop is I'll bring my rides to you all of the time no matter what.
Will you’re an amazing honest business owner , you got a lot of love from a lot of us , keep going strong will I got you with prayer and support , I hope one day I can get the privilege to meet you
Been watching your channel for a month now but couldn't pinpoint why I loved the channel. and drawn to it. I did figure it out today. I love the channel because I see a lot of Will in me. A lot of people who are hard-working with high morals and integrity in America can also relate to Will. With that said, as a businessman, it's a constant battle to balance business operations with the customer service piece. It's even harder to balance in addition to the emotion, ignorance, delusion, and unrealistic expectations of humanity. You can thank human evolution for that but to combat that you have to continue with the videos. What people see still supersedes what isolated negative hearsay they may have. I wouldn't even believe the 1-star review because I have watched the videos. Actions speak louder than words.
We all know they are just trying to sell their dad’s car 😂😂 . Keep your head high and keep up with the awesome work. I truly appreciate and love the content you put out .
Like you said, your only ONE PERSON!! Very stressful situation and unfortunately, environment (garage).. things happen !! Parts, illness, solving problems with cars! I feel for you. Dealing all of such and deadlines it never ends and can’t get over powering! Just do what you can, try to keep a level head and if you need a break?.. take it! 😊🙏❤
I work in a smaller shop and some customers have no respect and blame things on us too that we DID NOT do even tho we are transparent with them let them in the shop to show the problem. and some talk soooo much my boss cant even get the time of day to work on a car or help in the shop sometimes like u said. I respect the hustle will. You are good. Wish i could see you guys but i live in Ontario Mississauga. Keep things up!
Man I only wish and hope that I could find a dedicated, upfront, transparent, great mechanic like yourself to work on my '14 5.0 here in Vancouver B.C. Love the videos and keep on getting on 🤟
Man… the age of instant gratification needs to tone down when dealing with people and especially when dealing with a car. I recently found your channel and wish like hell that I had a shop owner like you and your team in my town. I hate the idea that I have to go back to the Kia dealership for an oil change, fuse checks and anything else that they “find”. Last time I took my car in, they commented on how nice my tires looked since they were brand new. I had told them not to touch them since they were new. By the time I got home, my low tire sensor started going off. I checked the pressure, filled my tires since they were a few pounds down on each. I drove my car around the block until the sensor went off and didn’t think anything of it. Next morning, getting ready to leave for work, low tire pressure sensor is back on. Checked the pressure and more than 5 pounds down on each. My neighbor asked if I had checked the valve stems, brought over his tool and found all 4 had been loosened. Needless to say, I was beyond livid and felt so taken advantage of by a dealership.
The thing that sucks about situations like this is, most shops that do this type of work tend to stop doing repairs and only performance upgrades and oil changes because people do stupid stuff and take advantage of small quality shops like this. Wish you guys the all the best and love the content!
dude you rock! you only can do so much but also you can't fix stupid! feel bad that you had to deal with idiots and morons who can't understand anything without being spoon fed. you did the right thing. all you can do my friend is move on and forget and plan for something bigger and better! keep up the hard fight! hope you stay strong and keep on being the badass you are!
Bro I had respect for you… Now I love you bro, keep up the good work. People don’t understand how private shops works. Everything is done right as long as is bless by the motor daddy.
I'm sure you guys run a great shop! One thing I have learned from working in corporate management is that clear communication is important. Sometimes, we do need to take that time to speak with those certain customers. "Making that time" to confront the issue will cut down the road issues. Sounds that family was filled with d bags.
Id just like to say that my time is never wasted. I always try to pick up on something from your videos, whether it's social interactions or technical mechanical information. Karma is a b and greed is a curse. Never stop doing what u do, do it good do it well. Can't teach a bird to fly if they have no wings. Big thanks from the central valley.
Love the videos man . I wish I had a garage like yours in my location I would apply in a heart beat . Unfortunately I had a truck fall on me and now I do most of work on the sides
Don't let others steal your patience. They are people who have so much resentment that they don't know who to vent their bad vibes to. Greetings from your friend from Panama, yes the country Panama 😊
My father has been in this biz longer then I have been alive (40 plus years), but also with my experiences being around shops and around cars as well. I can tell you, people are super entitled when it comes to their property. They expect you to drop everything when they have an emergency. Because some people a car is their only livelihood, to get from point A to B, going to work, going shopping, whatever. So when it comes to a broken car, they completely become self entitled, equally self absorbed in their own problems that they have tunnel vision and cannot comprehend others issues. They just want you to just plug in and "just look real quick" when 9 times out of 10, a quick look don't work. When you say "I have 2 cars ahead of you I cannot help you right now until I have a free spot", they go completely mad. They don't know how long it takes to diagnose a car. They really think you can just plug it into a computer and it tells everything wrong. Most times yes but sometimes that's not always the case, some car problems have a cause and effect, something else related to the problem could make the car throw a code for a unrelated problem. It does happen. It can sometimes take days to discover all the issues. But the amount of times we hear customers say "well its this and that" and most of us here can agree, that we do not take the customers word, that's the worst thing you can do as a mechanic. We do our own investigation. I have to say though when it comes to being in this kind of show, people are so entitled and downright unreasonable
And thats why i could never be a business owner. I hate dealing with difficult people. Way i see it you have 2 options: you talk to me and nothing gets done or i get it done then i talk to you. Customer service is a hard gig. Especially when the industry youre in is highly technical. Trying to teach a guy who doesnt know a spark plug from an oil plug about a complex misfire sounds like a nightmare and i dont blame you for not going down that path. You guys do good work and a review from someone who just wants to sell the car for a quick buck isnt worth the stress.
I manage a repair shop I am also one of two mechanics we have I feel your pain sometimes there is just nothing you can do. All we can do is our best to help the customer understand and its not easy and again some times its just not possible. To people reading this comment that are on the customer side understand we try our best to explain things in terms people can understand its not easy if we start saying things you dont understand we arent trying to confuse you some times its just not easy
The old man had a better connection with Will than his sons😂
Will is the son he always wanted. 😅
I bet he would trade the both of them for Will too if he could 😂
That man's Kia chosed to die with it's owner, Ghost in the Machine. The father made sure no one can drive his car especially his sons and the stepdad and mom. Gangster
this
This gave me goosebumps. I too, believe it as well.
you can tell he loved his car more than those assholes lol
Any shop that’s willing to be this transparent is a good one. Wish I had a good shop like y’all up here in Ontario. Stay safe!
go checkout 11Tenths out in Markham, they’ve always been solid
You kissing their ass
Canada needs more shops like these guys 100%
Comotor sports in novia scotia is similar to these guys. Im pretty sure thats far af from yall though
Facts ontario just got a bunch of hacks
entitled people are what make society painful. keep up the good work Will
True
Two things to take away from this story:
1. One impatient, non-understanding customer won't put you out of business, and
2. Be careful with your stress levels and blood pressure Will!! My grandmother used to have that same issue with the blood vessel bursting in her eye. It's not something to play around with!
Keep up the good work though, and continued success to you and the guys at @conceptiii 👍
I would have refused to work on that vehicle from beginning when father brought it in. Fuck that. Take it somewhere else.
@@dezikinghe had a good relationship with the father though. so he wouldnt do that
This video made me want to apply to work for concept 3. 😂 A lot of people don’t see behind the scenes of the automotive industry like mechanics / owners do. You guys have a lot of love and respect for the community keep up the good work.

Love your shop. Wish I was closer to use your services. Think you run a very honest business.
I appreciate that!
Will. You never wasted any of our time. Some people are just so selfish, rude and along list of aussie words that could probably get me kicked off youtube.

I wish I could work for a shop as honest as this

Ignore the haters and whiny princesses that get a hard on when they give a 1 star review because that's the only way they can feel power.
that’s how it was for me constantly getting 1 star reviews because i wasn’t able to contact them with every update every day
Without advisors we wouldn’t have jobs. But man yall can get on my nerves sometimes 😂
Ex service advisor now spray painter here. People can be so awful. I don't miss it.
Your work speaks for itself. Can’t fix stupid unfortunately but you handled it really well. I think majority of us would do the same
I had a boss who was the same way about running his business.
POAs don't work when a person dies. But it is a good point. Someone responsible for the estate should be reaching out.
Just stumbled on to your channel and watched through this specific one. Keep doing what you're doing. Let your work speak for you and the shop.
Concept3 and Will already had my respect prior this this video. This video just further solidified the reputation and trust I will place in this shop!
Agree with you %100 Will.
I tripped onto your vids a few days ago and am hooked. You and your crew are real and honest 🙃👍😎
You are good person, for being this open to your clientel. I wish every mechanic was as honest as you are.
People like you are rare, i know you will continue to do what you do and will always have support! Love watching the content as we all learn while being entertained!
Bless you for being transparent, at least SOME would get the memo that they need to learn about cars even before buying one.
prime example of the way people have been raised over the years older group with respect, today's younger groups everything is about me!
I wish every mechanic was as honest and open as you.
Sorry you had to go through this will, you can’t always satisfy everybody. I hope your eye gets a speedy recovery! Just keep doing you!
Will from the time I have found your videos. I have learned some things about being a mechanic. Thank you.❤
Will you’re doing a bomb ass job.
That dude seemed like a real heckler, you have a ton of patience man. Keep doing you 💙☝🏽
Hands down need more folk like this man in the world
I appreciate the video.
Good on you man. People feel entitled more nowadays and it’s disgusting. You handled this the best way you could.
Amen! Preach it! this is why the customer is never right!
At every automotive shop there WILL always be the one customer/member that will be a difficult experience. Best thing is to let them go and don't take it personally, been there before and it degrades a person down more that some may think. Certain people just don't get it and in the end the world will handle them accordingly. Keep up the great work you do!
your the mechanic this world needs and more need to follow in your step with work ethic and over all commitment to what you do
Reading the yelp review was actually saddening.
Respect… make your character and your work speak for itself.. 🤙🏽
love the way you run ur shop truly an inspiration
Sounds that family was filled with d bags.
i feel your pain and i know exactly what you're dealing with. sometimes people are so awful!
What a great storyteller… and what an amazing wife for having your back like that
Id just like to say that my time is never wasted. I always try to pick up on something from your videos, whether it's social interactions or technical mechanical information. Karma is a b and greed is a curse. Never stop doing what u do, do it good do it well. Can't teach a bird to fly if they have no wings. Big thanks from the central valley.
Got any daewoos?
