The Yoshi games literally have the most adorable music
It might be adorable but it's a lot of repeats. To play the same music over and over and over and over.

I found it could be super annoying in this game. The loops are a too short on some of the levels and if drills into your brain. I felt like I was being beaten over the head by a slightly off-key recorder at times.
Not quite as egregious as crying Baby Mario, but it's pretty bad if you're easily irritated.
The peaceful pace of Yoshi Story with the handcrafted feel of Yoshi Wooly World. This Is a definitive Yoshi game right here.

I’m a 31 year old straight male and this game is fire. You can enjoy it solo or with a friend, great addition to my collection and actually my gf bought it for me but I was gonna flip it myself. Def recommender if you like the Mario franchise and want something fun to play in between smash and other games

This is the most impressive art project I've ever seen!
Such a wonderful gameplay! I’m an 80’s baby so I grew up on the original Nintendo and they never stop amazing me with their Mario or Yoshi games. I’m older and not into Xbox or PlayStation as I once was but the Switch I can play all day.

Purchasing this in a week looks very charming and entertaining.
From what I've seen; the choices you make when confronting Kamek and Baby Bowser before a Boss Fight, affects Baby Bowser's Re-action and mood, doesn't do much to the main game, I'd say it's a fun little "gimmick"
I kinda wanted to see what baby bowser would say if you choose the opposite of what you're supposed to choose

I'm gonna give a positive review of this game:
I love the graphics! The egg-throwing system got a major upgrade as you can now aim at free will and even shoot eggs into the background! Two things that every Yoshi game could not do! I also like how you can make choices during some cut scenes.
I hope for a future update that would allow the right joy con to control the egg reticle
The fact that you wrote this bs just tells me that you didn't play any other Yoshi game since you could freely aim in Yoshi's Story too, if anything then this game's gimmick is copying Yoshi's Story! And ofc the graphics is expected to be better but the actual game runs in 576p-675p so resolution-wise it's a downgrade from Woolly World and the soundtrack is miles worse than its predecessors! There are so many "backtracking"/"time-lengthening" factors as well!

I just played the demo and was wondering whether or not I should get the full game. A quick skim of this video so far has me sold; the gameplay looks simple yet fun (I have enough stressful games) and the style is beyond adorable.

Honestly, I think that woolly world was WAY better because the game was more wholesome and the music was great, and not to mention poochie, he’s so adorable it’s not even funny. Also yoshi looked cute and chunky in woolly world and I loved it!

Lmao, probably another kid that never played either Wooly World or the original. Let me guess, you must be really young? This shit should supposedly be better? Lmao. The soundtrack is awful, especially since there seems to be only about hmmm.... 4 or 5 with some variations and that's it. The controls aren't that great either. There is so much wrong with your statement but I guess the taste of the current naive generation does vastly differ from ours.
