You are incredibly beautiful!! If I might make a suggestion you should pre inflate the balloons a few times with a pump from home in order to make sure that it can be filled to proper capacity when you take it to be filled with helium.

For a tank that size, it's enough to inflate either one of the following options: 45-50 pcs - 12 inches balloons 23-26 pcs - 18 inches balloons 5-6 pcs - 36 inches balloons For your case, if you need 16 balloons inflated to 24 inches, this size is definitely enough. Hope it helps!
Hi I tried this technique but the balloon didn't float. I used a Bobo balloon and tassles. I put hi-float on the bobo balloon since confetti was placed in the inside. Wonder what I did wrong
