    Love your channel. I have several bronze watches. Love patina!! I have another bronze incoming. I ordered an Aquatico bronze pilot from Aliexpress for a crazy $110 Canadian (used a lot of coins and coupons) I could care less if it is a clomage, homage, photocopy, what ever. I look at what I get, for what I spend. I have a Christopher Ward C63 GMT, Hamilton Khaki King Field auto, Tissot Ballade III, Helson, Nodus, Zelos, an older Aplinist and also have Invicta, IXDAO, Baltany, San Martin, Vostok, Sugess etc. It's all about "bang for the buck" and, I gotta like it. Cheers from Atlantic Canada!!!!

    That watch is cool! The only thing I’d change is the name of the brand. Chinese brands really need to do marketing research on brand names westerners would like. “Tactical Frog” “FeelNever” “MysteriousCode” make good watches but the brand names are kind of silly lol

    Big thanks to Tandorio for sending this out to me and letting me keep the watch! I think Tandorio makes pretty decent watches for the price. I didn't care for bronze watches at all until I saw the Christopher Ward Trident C60 Bronze Ombre. I've had it five years now and the natural Patina looks amazing. I think your Tandorio will look fantastic as well, as it starts to age naturally. The NATO looks much better as well.

    Lots to like in this watch IMO. Bronze is neat because your watch looks cooler as it ages, and I recommend letting it stain through normal wear (no big rush!). One thing to be aware of for anyone who's bronze-curious: If you sweat you can get some green on your wrist (despite the stainless steel caseback) and that's a deal breaker for some. About the movement: I'm always glad to see the PT5000 because they tend to perform well enough, and the option to move up to an SW200-1 is always there if you're loving the watch. Anyhow, great job on the video and I'm so glad you're enjoying yourself in the hobby and here on YT. I'll stay tuned!

    Hi TT, Didn't know there was a bronze watch available, but now we know. I would lean towards to brown or beige straps to compliment the case. However, I'm a little concerned about the material and its propensity to dull and age. I'm a nerdy person when it comes to keeping my timepieces as pristine as possible...I would stick to brushed or polished cases.⌚

    No bronze for me, I don't want jewellery that looks dirty, old, cheap once the patina takes hold. I have no problems with patina on my leather jackets, bags, wallets, or even the tips of my leather shoes.
    That Tandorio leather strap looks like a copy of a premium type of leather strap called Horween. Horween leather costs, and yet is easily scratched and marked, giving a beautiful patina as time goes by, and it will darken for sure, if it's real Horween leather. So I guess Tandorio had the idea that the strap must also have patina once the bronze gets patinated. I think I can try to live with that leather and see how it goes before replacing it with another one, I am more inclined towards burgundy or cognac, or even green if the bronze patinas to the greenish side. I also have a small wrist, but I have a strap puncher, so no problem. Anyway, I'm not a fan of buckles, I'd replace that with a Cartier-type or Omega-type butterfly clasp, where any extra length is hidden under.
    As for homages, well, I guess they find it easier and more profitable to copy. I know some other brands from Aliexpress with original designs, with high-beat movements to boot, at superb prices. Yet they sell a lot more of their homages than their originals, I'm one of the few who bought these originals.
    I've bought several homages, and these helped me solidify my preferences, before buying the real stuff. Like I found out I am not really into field-style watches, so even if it's an IWC, not for me. Same with divers, they all look similar, I find one was enough for me after having quite a few. I ended up with an Omega Seamaster. I am more into "dress" watches, which I wear with any outfit anyway, like my Rolex 36mm Datejust, which started from a Cadisen homage. Never buy the real stuff at retail price though, you'll find one at a saner price (unless it's really special).

      @TimeTickerOfficial  4 месяца назад

      Thanks for taking the time to comment! Patination is completely subjective, so thank you for sharing your opinion. Homages are definitely a great way to test the waters on a style of watch! Thanks for watching!

    Tandorio has to change its name. Reminds me of tandoori chicken. Not sure who they ask to register a name. China do great watches but they need to be careful with the name choice. And also they shoukd create their own designs. More and more brands are doing the same or at least trying. Even on a 6.5 inch it might wears to big for any small wrist. Maybe they should only the logo. And only put the name on the back
