OMG! I was struggling with this so hard! I even tried a spell build with execute spam but your build helped me win this boss in 1-3 tries with each faction. Excelent guide as always mate! As a side note, due to not having all the army upgrades, I sometimes switched the defias bandits with another cycle unit and the prowler with another tank (fire elemental with immo aura) and the result was the same. The real MVP of the match was deffinetly the plague farmer and the extra range talent helps a lot, sometimes they even got 4-5 free hits before something else spawned or Murkdeep decided to pull aggro on them.
Went with the following army: -Defias Bandits +Deadly Poison lvl 17 -Fire Elemental+Molten Core lvl 18 -S.A.F.E. Pilot+Comin 'In Hot! lvl 20 -Pyromancer+Conflagrate lvl 17 -Worgen+Premeditation lvl 18 (excellent for chests) -Meat Wagon+Filet Trebuchet lvl 17 Tip: send Defias and meat wagon under the bridge and follow OG strategy plan. Worked with all leaders.
If I never see Murkdeep again I’ll be happy. Thanks OG. I don’t understand how this comp works but another comp 2 levels higher fails miserably. Is there a mini vs mini chart somewhere?
Great video, I was really struggling with this boss due to his insane attack speed. Stuns did the trick. I'm curious, what makes you pick plague farmer over batrider? isn't the latter better in every way?
Great guide, as always. I had a lot of trouble beating him, even with some talents. Just one question tho, why not send the farmer on the middle lane after bandits? That was my strategy to keep him safe and get some damage on the chicken if hey came mid
This boss is tough. Not only can he wipe your group with AOE before they can even tough him, he can kill your tank in 2-3 shots. However he's pretty weak in HP. Plague Farmer with +1 range talent and Meat Wagon with +2 range talent are your main units. They can attack the boss without aggro him. Get other range units as support to protect them, preferably Troll Hunter, Gyphon Rider with +1 range talent, Pyromancer, and a cheap tank like Gnoll Brute. Your main units should attack from under the bridge while your support units attack from the tower you capture.
This is an excellent guide. Follow the base premise and you can see yourself slowly gaining control of the campaign, wearing Murkdeep down. I tried this a few times myself before visiting this guide, and was always overwhelmed. With the guide, I cleared it first time with all families. Some of my army slots are golden, so I have slightly higher avg level, but that doesn't take away the impact of the strategy! :)
dude.... my murloc build got me to where I needed to be right off, i used this build WITH talents and nothing how are you even getting the right minis right off?
@@stoagymahalo5268you should just be able to just swap the positions of minis in your deck. You don't have to put a new mini in, just move them around and see what happens.
Meat Wagon is too expensive and inefficient to be included in the optimal build. You can still use it, of course. Plague Farmer does the same thing but cheaper, especially if talented. The problem is that you need enough strength to get the tower. If you're completely without talents, Meat Wagon fails there. If you have talents, it does not offer anything anymore, the whole endeavor becomes easy anyway. Now that I really think about, there could be a scenario where you have enough dps from talents on your other minis and you have a weak Plague Farmer, in which case you would want to use a Meat Wagon in that slot.
I get much more enemys then in this video. Every time I dispatch a unit murkdeep does too. I cant reach the tower with 3 minis and while I try I get kicked by chickens, prowler and harpys from the right. The only Hero I made it with so far is Tirion because he tanks the incoming units

Excellent - concise, clear and professional guide(s). Very helpful and pleasant as well. A+
Tips: You must control the gold and chests. I used meat wagon in the middle to kill him safely.
It worked for all leaders except the horde ones, he kept countering my meat wagon spam with more offense in the middle when using horde leaders
Great guide. Had a lot of sweat when I was dealing with him. Also had some talents. But still maybe took me 5 hours to do it with all the families.

I couldn't beat this heroic mission before I got the Meat Wagon Range talent. After that, it was a piece of cake.
All done. Thank you

Plague Farmer has far longer range. If you have the range talent on it, it can hit Murkdeep from beyond aggro range too, making this even easier.

If it had range, that would be more useful. Mostly, I just want to keep control of all three lanes.

Nice build but for now I've built something around tanks shammy for healin em execute+safepilot for dmg boss
rest is just defense lol.
I dont know why the enemy prowler doesnt attack you from right side.

Hand manipulation that he mentions. Move your minis in your deck slot and it’s different
@@havokgames8297 what!? How the hell you do that
@@havokgames8297 I mean really, do I gotta move the mini to trade with the one that's in que or switch with another?

have you tried to send a meat wagon on the midlane?
