My friend Delvin told me tonight that Dr. Seay had died. He shared the news with me after I told him that as Dr Seay's student in the graduate program at Oakwood that he encouraged me to go on and do a PHD. I was telling my friend that Dr Seay made me feel like I could do it. So you are right Dr. Wilson, this great man excelled in making others become great. So I had to search for the Eulogy and in my own way show honor and respect to my former professor Dr. Seay.
