danganronpa is a japanese video game franchise created by kazutaka kodaka and developed and owned by spike chunsoft. the series surrounds a group of high school students who are forced into murdering each other by a bear named monokuma. gameplay features a mix of adventure, visual novel, and dating simulator elements. kokichi oma (王馬 小吉) is a student in the ultimate academy for gifted juveniles and a participant of the killing school semester featured in danganronpa v3: killing harmony. his title is the ultimate supreme leader (超高校級の「総統」 lit. super high school level supreme leader). kokichi's past is very unclear due to his constant lying and the fact that he strictly refuses to reveal anything personal about himself. in fact, the only thing known about his life for sure is his love of video games and that he's been playing them his whole life. however, he has also claimed that nobody would care if he was gone, and it's been implied that he has no parents or family. it's known that he is the leader of d.i.c.e., a small group of young pranksters, who are the most important people and like a family to him. they have traveled around the world and commit "laughable crimes" for fun, which could indicate that they could be a group of orphans with no families nor parents to hold them back. kokichi is also good at stealing, which might be due to his past, and it has been pointed out that many of his skills have a resemblance to a petty thief. furthermore, his organization could be a reference to the animated television series d.i.c.e. (dna integrated cybernetic enterprises), which is about an organization run by children, specifically orphans. during the killing game, kokichi lies that he is the supreme leader of a large, evil secret society. obviously, there is no evidence of it and the ultimate detective, shuichi saihara, does not know any organization matching with the one kokichi mentioned. during his free time event with shuichi, kokichi claims he became the supreme leader by murdering his parents and usurping their role. he then claims he lied, and that the one he killed was his older brother. he claims he lied again and that the real reason is a secret. considering his tendency to have some truth among his lies, this could imply something about his past.
among us (also known in the apple app store as among us!) is an online multiplayer science-fiction/social deduction murder mystery game created by innersloth that runs on the unity game engine. it was first released on june 15, 2018, for ios and android - and was later released on steam on august 18, 2018. on december 15, 2020, a nintendo switch edition was released, which is available on the console's nintendo eshop. the game is soon coming to xbox one, xbox series x|s, playstation 4, and playstation 5 sometime during 2021. the game is set on one of four locations; a spaceship, above-earth base, planet base, or a henry-stickmin-themed airship which contains a group of crew members, among which are up to three impostors who have to sabotage the ship/base/planet and kill off the crew. crewmates have to complete their chosen tasks, report bodies of other crewmates who are killed, and initiate emergency meetings if they witness another player doing something incriminating or suspicious.

Swear though, I feel like if a rap battle includes Kokichi, its always gonna be fire. KvI1, Roulx, Riddler and now this, that one with Jax too, they're all so good and I revisit them constantly. Shame I only think Kokichi's only dub is this one now but it's probably because you can spin a track against him really really easily compared to all of the other opponents lol.

As the person who is now dedicated to putting every rap battle with Kokichi as one of the frontrunners, and not as like cameo verses, I can finally change the description about him always being great but still outmatched, because while it took an eight video long playlist of Kokichi based rap battles, with half of those Kokichi rap battles being voiced by gamingplush, he finally got the win he deserved!

Kokichi took this one, hands down. I feel the imposter was making more jabs at Danganronpa as a whole which would've worked if we had a more universal Dangan opponent, like Junko or an MC, since they would be more well--known across all the games. Kokichi as a figurehead for stories like Ultra Despair Girls or Danganronpa 3: Despair Arc references fall a bit flatter if, say, we had Makoto or Junko as the opponent. Meanwhile Kokichi sent more personal jabs to specifically Imposter and how they play, even including a mod reference which fits PERFECTLY with his character. He was a bit more boisterous and bragged about himself but that was his character for the entirety of V3.
Also, just as another idea, what if we had an Among Us crewmate against Makoto? Two characters who try to catch the liar in the group? I feel it's a cool inverse of this fight (and we could DEFINITELY get some references from this battle or even an interruption of some kind). Love this, it's awesome!

Here's the thing, this is FIRE! I'm honestly glad you did this match again because it shows how much you've improved! I was enjoying this battle the whole time, the flow was absolutely addicting to listen to. As per usual, you kill it as Kokichi, and it was great to see Michael Stark return to play the Imposter again. The editing with Kokichi was lively, and the animation on Imposter has improved a lot. Amazing rematch, GP! I'm sure I'll be listening to this many more times!

the battle starts off as the young versions of their characters, then transitions to hyperdeath asriel/jedi knight anakin and then finishes as Flowey and Vader
