When you're aware of how some of the tricks work, even just a few, it becomes much more logical all the sudden. The 2 main things are that there's a horse dismount glitch that gives a lot of speed to the charater. Additionally you can transfer speed through saves with some quicksaving/quickloading tricks. So he does that to move around fast. Which is why he keeps loading the save with the horse and then back the the save he was at.

Kinda wanna ask, what's the most difficult speedrun you've had to do in terms of pure timing? I'd imagine most of these glitches and exploits require incredibly precise timing to get them correct. Which one took you the most tries to get the record?
I'd say All Guilds was probably the most difficult overall, it has so many different precise tricks and glitches and requires a ton of game knowledge. Second would be Main Quest, it has the most difficult more condensed sections, like the first 7 minutes in particular. The one that took the most tries I've done would be Oblivion Any%, not because it's hard but because it's RNG hell.
