I’m trying to get it flavorful as possible without making it too spicy. Cuz kids 😂. I also ran out of cheese….dun dun dunnnnnn….SO only two of them had cheese and no cheese pull haha. Anyhoo!! You never cease to amaze me with your talents. For making an effort on a less spicy version of birria broth without using the chillies that's an amazing attempt regardless! I'm excited to see your next attempts can you also try to make a spicy version too and possibly share that recipe? I've never had birria tacos only the soup once. I'd love to try your version! I tried to make it less spicy since Austin and the kids can’t handle spice very well. But the sauce seems to be missing something. I also added chili oil to the tacos while I fried it but not sure how I like it yet 😂. Will share once I’m happy with one!
