ArcLight Intensity

A beating cardiomyocyte, derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs), exhibiting action potentials as monitored by changes in fluorescent intensity of ArcLight-a genetically encoded voltage indicator-and quantified (circled region) to yield the action potential profile. This hiPSC line with site-targeted ArcLight was generated using CRISPR gene editing technology.
