100% agreed on the party hosting. I did kick a kid out once for slamming his blaster on the ground out of frustration. I brought him to his mother, explained how that behavior is not welcome here and that he was having a time out. She thanked me for enforcing the rules. Also, front loaders all the way. 6, 7 , 8 year olds struggle with mags for sure.
5:01 Yep the back forward prime and "jam doors" get me all the time because they are uniquqe to the modern nerf hobby... Which back in my day the maverick just worked unless it was broken and now blasters seem broken even when working... Got me a few times like I;'m pretty sure I took apart and fixed a double punch I thifed because the jam door was open... Which want a better mavick? try the adventure force/ Dart zone desperado... all you do is load the cylinder and pull the massive trigger and it's $8 at Walmart... Which it even rewards skilled use as if you smoothly pull the trigger you are now 240 MOA(The 25 point 4 inch circle on the offical nerf target basket.) at 19 feet... Or just unload the cylinder of all 6 darts in about 1 second and get 2 on a man sized target at 19 feet. So yeah silly that nerf blasters can't do what a $8 8+ blaster can do.

Totally seeing how AF is better than Xshot as we run our events. Front loading is great. We run mags at our events but have parents for reloading hehe
