The sticking is gorgeous! I love eco resin and when I paint with acrylic paint I mix in mica powder into the acrylic paint. I find it doesn't absorb and gives a really lovely finish. No need to seal then!

Hi I like your tip. Do you colour match or just get as close to the paint colour with the mica as you can. It drives me mad some days needing 4 layers on something, more so when I don't really have time for the extra layers😊
@@katrinao I just get as close as I can. Sometimes it changing the colour works in my favour though :)

It was suggested in another video to use a 50/50 glue/ water mix. But it didnt seem to work for me maybe cos it was a different brand eco 🤷♀️.
I may try the mica tip you were given or find a similar sealer to what you mentioned using and try that.

I put a d ring on the back of my suff so they can be hung up. If thats a thought in the future for you xx
I’ve not heard that one before. Im not sure if the sealer that I used would be good for like outdoor use or if you were to make candles or whatever and needed a true seal for it. For the purpose of this video it was just so I could paint it a little easier especially when it came to blending my colors.
@@TheBlueElephantGifts I use a builders waterproofing compound over the top once I have finished if I suspect it maybe used outdoors. It's like a gel/really thick liquid and put a minimum of 2 coats all over including the back. Looks kinda whitish in the pot but dries clear as long as you don't slap it on extra thick. If it's put on too thick it kinda looks cloudy and dulls the colours down xx
