Having been part of an educational philosophy/program that is similar in its cultivation of consciousness, I enjoyed and learned from this interview. My interest is in nurturing the well being and wisdom in students and realize that a systems approach (to use Peter Senge's term) must include the "village" as it takes a village to raise a child. An influential part of that village is the business world. So an effort to shift business toward more consciousness and compassion is encouraging.
