    I’m interested in how you rigged the rope system on the front of the Raft. Any chance you can offer some input on how you did that?

    Nice setup... my only concern is the height of the forward seat... have you experienced any balance issues going down the river...

      Michael Jones not at all! It’s been perfectly balanced and very sturdy - hasn’t budged in 3 years. NRS makes some strong connection braces.

      How’s the balance with a passenger in that seat while going down the river?

    • @Southernappalachiananglers
      @Southernappalachiananglers  4 года назад +1

      Michael Jones very similar to a drift boat passenger. It’s very stable and keeps all the weight in the center.

    How much weight does a cross bar hold? I’m a big guy and just realized there’s only one bar holding the seat.

    Where exactly can I purchase one of these boats? I need it to fish for salmon and steelhead on the coastal rivers of Oregon.

    What anchor and anchor weight do you find works best?

    • @Southernappalachiananglers
      @Southernappalachiananglers  4 года назад +1

      For this boat we put a 30lb anchor on it. Stops the boat very fast in high water. Thanks for the question!

    Can you pull plugs in a raft

    • @Southernappalachiananglers
      @Southernappalachiananglers  5 лет назад

      Travis Kroll you can deflate by pushing the plug in. Or you can inflate by using a pump. Hope that answers your question! If not let us know or contact NRS!

    Hey what is the red and white rope used for? Trailering?

    • @Southernappalachiananglers
      @Southernappalachiananglers  4 года назад

      That is the anchor rope.

      Hey thank you for the response but I was referring to the line that is up on the front, that is attached on either side of the frame and looks like it wraps twice around the bow with a big loop hanging forward

    • @Southernappalachiananglers
      @Southernappalachiananglers  4 года назад

      Ah! Yes that is for the winch and added security while trailering. Good question!

      Great thanks! Brilliant idea, involving the tube and the frame in the winch and not just the d ring

    • @Southernappalachiananglers
      @Southernappalachiananglers  4 года назад

      poop7217 absolutely. No way for the D-Ring to tear out that way. And easier to winch up!
