I glowed and struggled with my skin at the same time.. my face acne moved to my chest and back😂😂 while my face got super beautiful and clear, all my spots disappeared, I became insecure about wearing low neck top and low back clothings😂
But like you said, atleast my face was clear 😄 and my hair grew back in the places it fell out postpartum with my other babies but right now 6 months postpartum it’s falling out again 😅
wow i’m experiencing the same thing right now! my chest is breaking out crazy and my face is glowing. i hate looking at my chest in the shower or getting dressed 😩
You know what I accidentally found to be great for body acne pregnant or not? Head and shoulders shampoo. Use it with your body wash/soap. You're welcome. Congrats on your pregnancy! My baby boy is coming 1/25/25
I glowed with my first! I loved being pregnant so much. I felt so beautiful! My hair got so thick and full, my boobs looked amazing 😆, my skin looked great, and most of all feeling my daughter in my belly was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. We struggled to conceive, it took almost 3 years, and thankfully only one round of IVF. I felt so blessed to have an easy pregnancy after waiting so long for it and I definitely spent the last few months glowing. ☺️❤ We will see how things go with my second. My sister said her second pregnancy was really hard compared to her first!
Just gave birth to my 4th son on October first. I always glow during pregnancy. But the last one was physically very demanding. Being 40 and pregnant is no joke. Morning sickness for 9 months, moodswings, lower back pains, waddling, very tired, 41 weeks and 2 days. But labour was 3,5 hours, pushed 2 times and there he was. Recovery is going very well😅
❤ I'm 39 and already have 3...I've been wondering if I am finished having babies and idk I appreciate your comment because I feel like so many people act like being pregnant in late 30s and early 40s is like saying a 70 year old is pregnant these days lol I had my first two by the time I was 24 so I get the energy thing but the maturity and actual readiness wasn't until I hit my early 30s and I already had them all by then. I guess I just don't want to regret by adding more or regret not having more. I'm very on the fence about this.
I gave birth to my 4th son when i was 38 he’ll be 4 in two weeks nd am 42 had my firstborn when i was 20 my second boy when i was about to turn 22 nd my 3 when i was 32 the third one was my best pregnancy ,with my 4th was emergency c-sec roller coaster pregnancy but medical staff were sooo good to me🙏🏻good luck to all mamas out here❤
37 weeks pregnant 🤰 currently and when I was first pregnant with our daughter I was 24 and all my skin issues completely went away! It was amazing 😻 we are pregnant with our 5th child (our 4th boy) and I love my glow and perfect skin with all my babies. Lots of waddling and my health is so perfect with each pregnancy. It’s such a blessing! My mood swings and morning sickness were definitely out of this world 🌎 God bless all us mamas out there! Due Veterans Day 🫡 wish us the best
I didn't have skin problems or stretch marks. I had terrible heartburn with my first, my only daughter. I had no swelling of my feet for all 3 pregnancies. I actually felt great and wasn't exactly young when I started, I had my daughter when I was 27, had my youngest when I was almost 32. Had his 8lb 7oz butt after 2 emergency c-sections. I was lucky with him to not have any complications. All 3 were also passed their due dates, my daughter was 10 days late. I reckon she wasn't ready for this world 😂. They're all grown and I'm now a MeeMow to a most handsome 9 year old grandbaby. I helped him into this world. He's my daughter's. I'm hoping for lots more grandbabies.
I love your post!❤️. But I also thought I’d mention that “going late” May be linked to genetics! As a birth doula, one of my client was 42wk+6 days when she had her first! Come to find out that her mom was induced with every one of her babies!!
@@lizzdoe2821 I had never heard of that. My mother is passed for 12 years now, I would love to know how all 5 of her deliveries went. I'm the oldest with 4 younger brothers. I remember her telling me that son #1 was very late, but she didn't say anything about the rest of us. One thing I had forgotten was, that my water didn't break for all three. My first delivery, it was broken by accident, when they were checking the measurements of the cervix. My second I went to the operating room right away, and my third, they had to break them for me beings I was doing a VBAC. My daughter's water broke three weeks early. She had gestational diabetes so her baby was already good sized at 7lbs. 2oz. being due Oct 12th but arriving on September 20th instead.
Wow that's crazy it was the exact same way for me I felt great throughout my pregnancy the only bad symptoms were swollen ankles and extremely bad heartburn, im 27 too lol and I had my twin boys naturally after every doctor told me I'd have to have a c-section I was determined to have them both naturally ,they should be getting out of the nicu any day soon ,pregnancy was amazing ❤❤❤❤
almost 32 weeks and so far my skin has been normal. i don’t think i’ve had the glow, but i didn’t break out. my skin was just acting like it normally does. my whole body so far actually, other than more frequent bathroom trips and some growing pains, has been completely normal to how i was pre pregnancy. i feel very blessed to have had it easy so far. it’s been bliss.
21wk and so far, same. Zero sickness, food aversion, hormone imbalance, etc. My skin has been mostly clear but I haven't felt the "glow." I feel incredibly lucky ❤
31 weeks due December 28th only problem deal with is feet swelling tho and always using bathroom and am fatigued a lot but everything seems good even tho they labeled me high risk because diabetes run in my family and past to me. Am proud knowing my little angel is healthy and well 🥰. I hope and pray everyone in comments who are soon to be parents have a wonderful safe delivery and lots of good luck. Let’s keep protecting our precious bundles of joy hehe ❤️🔥
Same! And my ridiculously oily skin and hair actually calms down to be normal which feels so amazing to me. 🤩 Uh. I miss it after pregnancy. But genetics just do what they do lol.
I had anemia and heartburn. I had to take iron tablets with orange juice every day, and both of these things caused further heartburn for me. I'd wake up in pain from heartburn. My hormones caused my skin (especially the neck) to darken, nose to get a little bigger and I was so upset at everything. Plus I have had some memory loss. There are so many moments that I can barely remember details of. Especially the year before pregnancy and the actual pregnancy. I had my baby in January 2024 and I'm still having memory loss. Everything else has pretty much reversed and I'm actually below my pre pregnancy weight now. But I would do it all again, it was totally worth it for my daughter.
I've never gotten further than abt 6 months pregnant, but after 10+ years of trying and then 4+ years of medicated fertilization, 2 rounds of ivf, 2 rounds of egg retrievals, and 3 iui's, the hormones have made my skin an absolute train wreck 😂 my anemia has gotten to the point that I had about 7-10 fistfulls of hair falling out every day and bald spots all over my head. My skin got wrinkly so bad that I ended up getting injections to take 20+ years off my face, covered in acne, and constantly covered in "hives" literally ALL over my body (bumps that resemble acne and pop, but don't go away after they pop and are itchy. Think, like.. Perminent chicken pox 🤦🏼♀️). I gave up for good after I had a miscarriage of triplets in Oct 23, but I'm doing my very last implant cycle right now. Fingers crossed! 🤞
Hi dear sorry to hear you go through this. I too was never pregnant in my life. I used to think I had some problem. While others were at least having miscarriages but I even after 5years of marriage never once conceived. Then the doctor asked me what do you think is your problem I said the same story as above. She said you are perfectly fine except for your thoughts. She asked me to go on vacation and forget about pregnancy for atleast 1 year... After leaving everything behind and taking self care and going on vacation. I have conceived within 2 months. I don't know how but it happened to me. Hope you too leave all your stress behind and be happy..

This is really a harder than i thought 😢😢 counting down days every minute seems longer than normal. Feeling moody unnecessarily, frequent peeing. But every pain fades when i feel my baby kicks makes me a strong woman 👠💪
My baby is now 4 months and I am still struggling with my skin! My eczema flared up severely during pregnancy and I have never been able to get it under control since! I also have it terribly over my breasts and I am breastfeeding so I can’t use any steroid creams. Give me strength 😂😅
Omg literally same. Never understood why it got so much worse during pregnancy. I thought it would get better after. But I’m currently almost a month post partum and it seems to be getting much worse
The immune system goes way down during pregnancy and infections thrive better and cause health issues in whatever weak spots we have I just want to share something that might help you, I had an experience where I babysat a 1 year old boy with severe eczema. He had big scaley itchy scabby patches from face to feet. The poor guy was in torment and couldn't sleep because of the itching. I did whatever I could for him, after doing some research I changed his diet, I stopped feeding him the pudding that the parents were sending him to eat as baby food. I fed him only fruit, veg, meat. No more dairy or sugar. I gave him an Epsom salt water bath daily, washing his scales with soap as well. After his bath I would put a mix of lavender and castor oil on the patches, and coconut oil on the rest of his body. After this routine he would sleep for hours and hours. When the itching would return I would reannoint the castor lavender oil. I sent some home to his parents as well. This worked, in a couple of weeks you'd never even know that he had eczema at all! It didn't stand a chance. I hope this helps :)
I am in my 14th week. I was vomiting aa LLLLLOT during 8-12th weeks. It was hurting, I was dehydrated, I lost weight. At first, I didn't believe it'll get better anytime soon but the symptoms faded pretty quickly. In the range of only two weeks I stopped vomiting and started eating more often, even gained 1 kilo in that time. Also, I am lowkey feeling amazing :) Tired yes, but I am working on it. You will get better very, very soon, I promise! Keep going
@@fefgie7 i just can't wait to feel better soon. I've been throwing up since 12th of August. Not a single day has passed when i didn't feel like shit. I just can't wait to feel good. I hate throwing up and feeling nauseous all the time😭😭 Sorry for my bad English. It's not my native language:)
@@fefgie7 I'm 1st time mama to be and my 1st symptom was feeling nauseous. I really want to enjoy this pregnancy experience but right now I'm barely eating or drinking anything without feeling like shit🤢
I struggled with my skin on my second pregnancy big time. Hyperpigmentation was something I’d never experienced. I’m still recovering from it. People that think pregnancy is just nine months of “inconveniences” are lessening how hard pregnancy can be and how its effects can last forever.
Something no one really warned me about was giant breast growth that can happen early and quickly. I was not at all prepared for that and how I’d feel about it. It was like puberty all over again and I did not like it one bit. I’m on my 2nd pregnancy now and I still hate it, personally. But there’s nothing I can do about it, so gotta just get through it. 😅 And for anyone wondering, I didn’t have stretch marks or sagging afterward with the first. I don’t know if I will with the 2nd until it’s all said and done. Cross that bridge when I get there.
And I know this doesn’t happen for everyone. That’s what makes me hate it for me lol. I see other moms who still look more “normal” or like themselves while I don’t feel normal or like myself anymore. It’s hard mentally and emotionally.
Both at the same time 😂 struggled with acne (although not super bad) but at the same time my face is glowing?? 😂 I also have anemia, heartburn, and sciatica. But still people say I look so good and is glowing. Currently at my 26th week. Pregnancy is so weird but I love every second of it.
I stryggled in both of my pregnancies...I've always suffered from hormonal acne in certain phases of my menstrual cycle and I've had the worst acne the first and second trimester, it was terrible...my skin and hair were so oily 🙈 so no glow for me. now as i entered the third trimester acne disappeared but my skin in dry and sensitive...
My acne on my face actually completely disappeared while pregnant. Also skin on my body seemed less dry than before! Also Had natural long nails. It was great!!💕
I feel like crap every pregnancy & esp the 1st trimester. But my 1st born pregnancy was the when I had a full head of hair. My hair was luscious & my skin clear (with the exception of the darkening skin under my armpits, neck.
I was glowing during my pregnancy and my hairs felt best ❤️ It was just so incredibly beautiful journey 🧿🧿🧿 But after delivery my skin breaks out and my hairs started falling horribly! 😢
I definitely glowed and didn’t deal with any breakouts. In fact, my skin became all around clearer. But I did start getting skin tags around my neck and darkening of moles/freckles.
I also got some more skin tags but strangely I had some larger freckles almost completely fade away. Even my birth mark almost completely disappeared. So strange!
I m struggling so much😢😢 vomiting nausia breathing problem food adversion smell back pain leg pen itching hair fall balckk spot in leg breast pain vaginal area pain....etc etc only good thing happend me in entire pregnancy is my baby's kick❤
My skin got really dry and patchy but I also didn’t have mood swings or really any other pregnancy symptoms. Didn’t even have morning sickness. I had about a month of pretty intense round ligament pain near the end but that was the worse thing that happened
Both but either way babies are God's greatest blessings and saving graces fr 🥹👣🥰🙏. Take it from someone as a teen mama who is now 23 and about to have my 4th 🥰 Then I'm getting put back in birth control for another few years lol. Congratulations to all expecting and those who have their little ones already it's hard at times but parenthood is amazing and wait for all those firsts ❤
I broke out in a rash/hives. My entire back and sides (from side boob to hip bone) were covered, sore and itchy. Steroids didn’t help. Prescription antihistamines didn’t help. Nothing but sitting in a cold bath helped… it lasted from slightly after 20 weeks until after birth. Aside from that, everything was literally perfect. No nausea, my face was glowing, my hair was thicker, my energy levels were great and I was in the best mood of my life 😂
I always have fine no volume hair but when I was pregnant, not only my skin glowed but my hair was suddenly thick and full! Unfortunately Post partum I lost the thick hair 😢
I struggled with my 1st pregnancy as I was pregnant with twin then I lost my daughters twin and 4th pregnancy I was bleeding and I couldn’t eat for nearly 2weeks so was in hospital with a drip but not my 2nd or 3rd and the ones I did struggle with was my girls 😅
The only thing I had, but it's normal for me, was that my face always would break out even though at times I get stressed out, I did go 6.5 months without knowing
Neither...I went through a hard depression because I had a miscarriage just before I got pregnant with my daughter. Every little thing I was so scared I was going to miscarry again. I didn't allow myself to feel any joy in fear that I would be broken again.
I glowed and did not struggle with acne but my moods were swinging all the time sometimes crying for no reason and sometimes happy and sometimes angry and my feet used to swell like balloons
Pluses I experience: higher sex drive, glowing skin and hair that’s significantly less oily than usual (a huge relief!!!!) and better sleep than usual.
I glowed and my mother in law who was my mom’s friend at the time and not my mother in law seen me at there work and was like are you pregnant because your skin is glowing and I had no clue that I was and was like hell to the naw 😂 then I went into labor like 6 months later and found out I was actually pregnant and almost ready to give birth very surprised I had almost zero pregnancy symptoms until a week before I had her and that was when I was in labor they stopped the labor and then I was told the bun in the oven was almost done and I was so confused and scared 😅 but she’s healthy and smart as a whip and is now 5 almost 6 and I’m hopeful going to be pregnant this time next year ❤❤❤
Usually thats how i know im pregnant i get little red spots everywhere they start on my ears. And i glowed in the beginning now not so much lol im 33 weeks have a girl this is my 5th baby and im a grandma i have a beautiful grandson, i cant wait to meet Vayda and my legs are swollen so bad lol

Glowing !!
Glowed❤
In my 1st trimester 12th weeks. Not glowing but throwing up all the time🤢😂. I hope I'll feel better soon
you’ll get your glow 2nd trimester lol
I have this horrible taste in my mouth all the time 🥲 now i feel like i will never feel better again and i will never be able to eat my favourite foods🥲 my doctor said you'll start feeling better around 14th week. I just can't wait to feel good. I hate throwing up and feeling nauseous all the time😭😭
Sorry for my bad English. It's not my native language:)
@@fefgie7 I'm 1st time mama to be and my 1st symptom was feeling nauseous. I really want to enjoy this pregnancy experience but right now I'm barely eating or drinking anything without feeling like shit🤢
@@lijah9168 i really hope so🤞
Each one was different i think with this one I am glowing
Glowing 🥰🥰
I struggled with my skin on my second pregnancy big time. Hyperpigmentation was something I’d never experienced. I’m still recovering from it. People that think pregnancy is just nine months of “inconveniences” are lessening how hard pregnancy can be and how its effects can last forever.
I struggled, but its all worth it I'm now happy taking care of my 1 month old baby
Yes my darling am pregnant now but am comfortable with my whole body
Thank God I was glowing now my baby girl here 2 months now ❤
Something no one really warned me about was giant breast growth that can happen early and quickly. I was not at all prepared for that and how I’d feel about it. It was like puberty all over again and I did not like it one bit. I’m on my 2nd pregnancy now and I still hate it, personally. But there’s nothing I can do about it, so gotta just get through it. 😅
And for anyone wondering, I didn’t have stretch marks or sagging afterward with the first.
All of it. Acne, crying spells, frequent pee, and some said glow towards the end.
I seem to be glowing 💕
Glowing
I am glowing throughout my pregnancy, although i used to have acne before😅
I glow during pregnancy 😊😊
Struggled but worth it ❤
My acne on my face actually completely disappeared while pregnant. Also skin on my body seemed less dry than before! Also Had natural long nails. It was great!!💕
Swelling can also be a sign of preeclampsia so if you’re swelling more than just a tiny bit be sure to check your blood pressure.
Yeah i am sooooo happy with this body changes 😅
I'm struggling during my pregnancy tym skin breakout, lots of acne on my cheek area😢
Glow 😊अल्हम्दुलिल्लाह
I feel like crap every pregnancy & esp the 1st trimester.
But my 1st born pregnancy was the when I had a full head of hair. My hair was luscious & my skin clear (with the exception of the darkening skin under my armpits, neck.
I struggle with morning sickness I had it all the way to labor I hated it could eat I was unable to prenatal meds I constantly throwing up
I was glowing during my pregnancy and my hairs felt best ❤️ It was just so incredibly beautiful journey 🧿🧿🧿
But after delivery my skin breaks out and my hairs started falling horribly! 😢
during may first trimester, I broke out more than I ever had. THEN, I didn't get a single pimple until I stopped breastfeeding!!! SO NICE!!!!
Glow with my first baby still pregnant with
Strangled with my skin and my appetite
I'm stressful.....no changes in skin but got dark circles extremely dark😢
I had the glow and breakout (predominantly on my hands, which looked nearly scaly and dry at the same time; maybe more like rock hands).
So strange!
Struggle with my skin now. Break out is real huhu
I had the worst breakouts of my life in 1st and 2nd trimester, and I also developed some form of dermatitis on my breast that took months to clear up
I m struggling so much😢😢 vomiting nausia breathing problem food adversion smell back pain leg pen itching hair fall balckk spot in leg breast pain vaginal area pain....etc etc only good thing happend me in entire pregnancy is my baby's kick❤
No nausea, my face was glowing, my hair was thicker, my energy levels were great and I was in the best mood of my life 😂
Pimples are allover my face and body but so happy
Forget skin. I struggled with everything 😢. My second pregnancy gave me 3 chronic disorders which I will suffer from till i die. 😢
I'm struggggglllinnnggg with my skin, but my hair and nails are great lol.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I STRUGGLED BUT I WANT TO GO AGAIN 😍
I got dark skin during my pregnancy. Now I'm new mom!! Hope I'll get my skin color back now😅😅
👍
glowed with my first, struggled with my second
1st pregnancy I did not glow but 2md pregnancy, wow I was glowing except felt so much more pains and aches
Currently early in pregnancy and have been getting random itchy spots all over my body
I'm 21 weeks pregnant and so far so good! The only thing that bothers me is the frequent bathroom trips 😅.
I am 22 weeks now . Me too , but my skin became darker than It was before
I'm struggling with my skin! A lot
I Glowed and my Skin became very good.
Really struggling with skin. Puffy eyes and dryness everywhere. Nothing is working!
I am currently struggling with my skin in my pregnancy :( it’s probably the worst it’s ever been
I feel like I have the glow and yet I keep having breakouts here and there on my face like yeah that’s great 😂😂
The only thing I had, but it's normal for me, was that my face always would break out even though at times I get stressed out, I did go 6.5 months without knowing
Neither...I went through a hard depression because I had a miscarriage just before I got pregnant with my daughter. Every little thing I was so scared I was going to miscarry again. I didn't allow myself to feel any joy in fear that I would be broken again.
I'm struggling 😢
I glowed with d first 3 but d last 4th was lots of struggle
I glowed and did not struggle with acne but my moods were swinging all the time sometimes crying for no reason and sometimes happy and sometimes angry and my feet used to swell like balloons
Me as an 18 year old It's nice to learn about it so the future me knows
Glow ❤
I have huge feet, dark armpits, insomnia, one day loss of appetite, the other day craving for everything at the same time..
I struggled my feet is swollen I fell dizziness and pain in the belly bottom
Everyone's different. Some have it easy and others not!
My skin has never been worse since I got pregnant I have rosacea on my cheeks and cystic acne on my chin.
I glowed but struggled with the nausea 😵💫
I REALLY felt these "all too frequent Trips to the bathroom"
Also my belly looks like a zebra with all those stretch marks😅
my cousins pregnant with her 6th kid!❤
Pluses I experience: higher sex drive, glowing skin and hair that’s significantly less oily than usual (a huge relief!!!!) and better sleep than usual.
I glowed,but stretch marks on my belly😅
I glowed oo😂🎉 I was even more beautiful than when I hadn’t taken in
I struggle with my skin
Currently on week 9 and I have very bad acne it’s like I’m a teenager going through puberty with my birth control all over again.
I glowed and my mother in law who was my mom’s friend at the time and not my mother in law seen me at there work and was like are you pregnant because your skin is glowing and I had no clue that I was and was like hell to the naw 😂 then I went into labor like 6 months later and found out I was actually pregnant and almost ready to give birth very surprised I had almost zero pregnancy symptoms until a week before I had her and that was when I was in labor they stopped the labor and then I was told the bun in the oven was almost done and I was so confused and scared 😅 but she’s healthy and smart as a whip and is now 5 almost 6 and I’m hopeful going to be pregnant this time next year ❤❤❤
I glowed like the shining sun baby 😂
M suffering from loose motions during my pregnancy.. really it made you so upset..
